Winter 4×4 Jamboree Crawls Across Southern Utah
January 15 – 18, 2025.
The Winter 4×4 Jamboree is an action-packed 4-day off-road event held from January 15 – 18, 2025, at the Washington County Fairgrounds in Hurricane, UT. During the Winter Jamboree, you can experience some of the world-class wheeling that Washington County has to offer! We guide over 35 trails with varying difficulty over the course of the four days. From wild to mild – there is something for everyone.
All trails are located within a one-hour drive from the Fairgrounds. The majority of trails are within the Sand Mountain Special Recreation Management Area located just to the south of Sand Hollow State Park and only about five miles from the Fairgrounds. All trails are day trips but be sure to return to the fairgrounds in the afternoon. There you will: wander the Vendor Show and chat with some of the best companies the OHV community has to offer, mix and mingle with OHV enthusiasts at the Meet & Greet, check out some awesome vehicles in the Show ‘N Shine, test your rig on the metal cloak trailer, grab some grub from the stellar food trucks, enjoy the RC track, and finish the fun filled weekend with a dinner and raffle. The Jamboree is run entirely by dedicated volunteers who are passionate about our trails. The non-profit 501 (c)(3) Desert Roads and Trails Society (Desert RATS) organization that hosts the event, donates significant funds to organizations such as Blue Ribbon Coalition, Utah public Lands Alliance, Utah Four Wheel Drive Association, and Washington County Search and Rescue.
Thanks to all of our attendees last year, (that would be you!), we were able to donate nearly $78,000. In addition, your participation helped fund the paving of a road up to a staging area at the Water Tanks on Sand Mountain, the creation of a fenced parking area and new restroom facilities.
