Utah families looking for an active, low-cost summer option have until Saturday, May 24 to enroll in Golf with Us, a national program from Bank of America that provides kids ages 6–18 with $5 or less access to golf rounds at participating courses—including 31 across the state.

In partnership with the nonprofit Youth on Course, the program includes a free one-year membership that also offers access to free clinics, educational opportunities, and a registered USGA handicap index. With more than 60,000 youth already enrolled nationwide, the initiative is helping make the game more affordable and inclusive for the next generation of golfers.

“Youth who participate in sports like golf gain confidence, build relationships, and learn discipline—and this program removes the financial barriers to that opportunity,” said Mori Paulsen, president of Bank of America Utah.

More than 2,000 courses across 97 markets are part of the Youth on Course network. In Utah, enrolled youth can play for $5 or less at courses like Southgate Golf Club in St. George, Glendale in Salt Lake City, and many more.

Program members may also gain access to free golf clinics featuring pro athletes and instructors, with sessions planned throughout the summer and fall in select markets.

“Youth on Course is about more than just affordable rounds—it’s about opening doors and creating long-term impact,” said CEO Adam Heieck. “Through this partnership with Bank of America, we’re helping kids find their place both on and off the course.”

Enrollment for the free membership closes Saturday, May 24. To sign up or learn more, visit our website.
