August is a great month to catch live music from some talented local performers.
Versatile local artist Nick Adams, whose photography you’ve probably seen around town, will take the stage Aug. 12. Adams used to play with the notable punk rock band M.I.A. and does solo shows around southern Utah regularly.
Coming down from Salt Lake City, Talia Keys will perform her unique mix of funk, soul, and rock Aug. 19. Whether with her band or flying solo, Keys is not to be missed. In 2016, Salt Lake City Weekly recognized her with Best of Utah Music for “Incendiary live show.”
Tacoma, Washington local Gen Obata will close out the month Aug. 26. Obata is a folk songwriter known for his acoustic flatpick Americana.
Zion Canyon Brew Pub is located at 95 Zion Park Blvd. in Springdale. All shows take place from 4 to 7 p.m. on the riverside patio. For more information, you can call (435) 772-0336.
