When autumn arrives in Southern Utah, there’s one weekend music lovers circle on their calendars: the Zion Canyon Music Festival. Now in its 15th year, the festival returns September 26–27, 2025, to the beloved Bit and Spur backyard in Springdale, transforming the gateway to Zion National Park into a vibrant hub of sound, artistry, and community.
The 2025 lineup is a carefully curated blend of national touring acts and rising regional stars, with four headliners spanning genres and promising something for every listener.

At the top of the bill are The Slackers, legends of the New York ska scene. For more than 30 years, they’ve crafted a sound that blends ska with touches of soul, rock, and garage, all wrapped around socially conscious lyrics and irresistible rhythms. Their live shows are renowned for high-energy grooves that get crowds dancing.
From Las Vegas comes Paige and The Overtones, a honky-tonk country band devoted to keeping classic country alive. Fronted by Paige’s soulful yet gritty vocals—earning her the nickname “The Angry Songbird”—and powered by Jake Shepard’s unhinged B-Bender guitar licks, the group delivers a high-energy celebration of the golden era of country music. Their sound, rooted in outlaw traditions, carries both grit and heart.
For fans of experimental sounds, The MEGA-SCOPES promise an unpredictable journey. Their genre-bending blend of psychedelic rock, funk, and jazz thrives on improvisation, ensuring no two sets are alike. Their shows are kaleidoscopic explorations of sound, pushing the festival’s musical boundaries in exhilarating directions.
Rounding out the headliners is AJ Lee and Friends, a California-based bluegrass group led by AJ Lee, whose crystalline vocals and virtuosic mandolin playing have made her one of Americana’s brightest rising stars. Alongside her bandmates from the acclaimed Blue Summit, she brings a fresh yet deeply rooted take on traditional bluegrass that resonates across generations.
Beyond the stage, festival-goers can enjoy artisan booths, local food, craft beer, and a warm, family-friendly atmosphere. As the sun sets and the canyon skies fill with stars, the Zion Canyon Music Festival becomes an unforgettable gathering of music, community, and natural beauty.
Fifteen years in, the tradition has never sounded sweeter. For tickets and information, visit zioncanyonmusicfestival.com or follow on Facebook at facebook.com/zioncanyonmusicfestival.
