for wind and low relative humidity for fire weather zones 495 and
497... 

The National Weather Service in Salt Lake City has issued a red
flag warning for wind and low relative humidity... which is in
effect from noon today to 10 PM MDT Sunday. The Fire Weather
Watch is no longer in effect.

* Affected area... fire weather zone 495 color Country West 
  desert and fire weather zone 497 Mojave Desert.

* Winds... southwest winds of 15 to 25 mph with gusts over 35 mph.

* Relative humidity... minimum rh values will be near or below 10 
  percent.

* Impacts... the combination of low relative humidity and gusty
  winds will create hazardous fire weather conditions each
  afternoon and evening. Rh values will climb to 25-35 percent at
  night and winds will relax under 15 mph.

Precautionary/preparedness actions... 

A red flag warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now... or will shortly. A combination of
strong winds... low relative humidity... and warm temperatures can
contribute to extreme fire behavior.
