WestWind Productions is pleased to present its third annual Senior Connection show in St George at the Courtyard Marriott on Monday, Jan. 26. Located at the Rim Rock Convention Center on the Marriott property, the address is 185 S 1470 East. Parking is free and so is admission, so come enjoy an entire day of entertainment which includes a fashion show, activities, and information. Come anytime between 9 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. to visit 35 local businesses showcasing products and services specifically designed for today’s senior. 

Activities on stage occur on the hour beginning at 10 am – each act is fifteen minutes long. Maxine Delgado, all the way from Denver, will entertain with a medley of country favorites. Local favorite, Jeanie Taylor will perform her rendition of Carmen Miranda with song and costume. Christopher & Banks will show spring fashions at noon with all seniors as models. And kick up your heels with the Sassy Senior Dancers at 1:00 pm.  

Guests can win door prizes by playing the roulette wheel. Each person will be given two tokens when they enter the ballroom. They will pick up additional roulette wheel coins as they visit each of the vendors in the hall.

Senior Connection is not just about entertainment, though. It will showcase an array of products and services that cater especially to the tastes and practical needs of today’s seniors. Participating vendors will offer financial planning, health and fitness options, Medicare enrollment, insurance, audiology, optical care, massage, assisted living, retirement communities, home health, handyman services, medical equipment and supplies, skin care, pain management, senior travel packages, vein care, bone density testing, sleep care, dental services, cosmetics and jewelry.    

The show ends on a sweet note at 1:30 pm with the complimentary Sweets for Seniors dessert bar. Call a friend and plan to spend the day at the Senior Connection. There is no admission charge and all ages are welcome. For information call (800) 680-5320. Limited vendor space is available.
