Stretch, breathe, and center yourself amid red rock views and morning sunshine at Outdoor Yoga at Sand Hollow Resort—a rejuvenating series of Saturday sessions starting May 31.

Hosted in the picturesque Rock Bowl, these open-air classes invite participants to move mindfully in one of Southern Utah’s most beautiful outdoor venues. Set on a grassy expanse framed by sandstone cliffs, the setting alone is enough to inspire presence and peace.

Led by instructors from Granogi, the sessions are designed for all levels and offer a grounding way to begin the weekend. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or stepping onto your mat for the first time, these classes emphasize connection—with body, breath, and the natural landscape.

Participants should bring their own mat, water, and sunscreen. Classes begin at 8 AM and last approximately one hour.

Multiple pricing options are available, including single classes, punch passes, and season passes. Check the Granogi website for full schedules and sign-up details.

Upcoming Dates:

  • May 31
  • June 7
  • June 14
  • June 21
    …and continuing throughout the summer.

This is yoga, Southern Utah style—grounded, scenic, and soul-filling.
