On October 10, the towering walls of Zion Canyon will become the backdrop for a new kind of arts experience as the inaugural Zion Canyon Art Festival’s Autumn Art Walk unfolds throughout Springdale. Rather than the gathering being located within a traditional festival footprint, the Art Walk invites visitors to explore the town itself—discovering art, music, food, and creative experiences along the way.
Designed as a self-guided experience, the Art Walk stretches through Springdale’s galleries, restaurants, businesses, and gathering spaces, with Zion Canyon providing an extraordinary natural setting. Visitors can create their own route and move at their own pace, stopping for an exhibition, discovering an artist at work, listening to live music, or finding an unexpected activation. A digital map will help connect the participating locations and make it easy to plan a day of exploration.

The lineup brings together established and emerging artists and different visual experiences throughout town. Renowned artist and climber Jeremy Collins created the inaugural festival poster, which will be available for sale in various locations around town. Painter Michelle Condrat brings her vibrant, wildlife-inspired work to the Art Walk, and ceramic artist Eva Weldon joins the festival through Springdale’s gallery community. Additional regional and local artists will be represented throughout the canyon. Confirmed activations include live music from the Bar None Wranglers, demonstrations, gallery experiences, and artist appearances.
The festival is designed to grow with the creative spirit of the community. Springdale businesses, artists, galleries, restaurants, and organizations can join the Art Walk by creating an activation of their own—from displaying an artist or hosting music to offering a demonstration, a seasonal plant-based menu item, or other creative visitor experiences. Participating locations become part of the self-guided Art Walk and its evolving map. Spend your day wandering Springdale, following curiosity from one stop to another, and enjoying the dramatic landscape.
