RSQ

RSQ is a non-profit animal rescue in St. George, Utah. Our mission is to be a voice for the voiceless, bettering the lives of animals in Utah’s rural communities. All the animals in our care are fully vetted including spay/neuter, vaccinations, microchiped, and any medical care they may need before adoption. We are open for walk-in visitors on Thursdays, from 4:30-6:30 p.m. For more information on RSQ and our adoptable animals, please contact RSQ at (800) 897-1136 or visit rsqutah.org.

Daisy

Daisy has been returned to RSQ as her previous owner was unable to care for her anymore. She is a very smart dog and full of fun but will need an experienced and committed handler to provide a loving forever home for her. She will need a home where she can be the only dog (no cats either) and one without small children.

Once she gains your trust, Daisy is a very affectionate and loving dog. She rides great in the car and is house-trained. Going on a hike or walk is her favorite activity. Her adoption will come with a high-valued, paid-for training program that will help her learn to build relationships and set her up for success in her new home. The adoption is conditioned on her new owner agreeing to be part of this training process. Inquire with RSQ for more information on this great girl!

Liam

New arrival Liam is a friendly and happy Australian Cattle Dog/Blue Heeler mix puppy. His brother is his bestie, but he also loves playing with kids. Heelers have lots of energy and need a fun family that will give them plenty of exercise and love! He is friendly, and affectionate, and would be good in a home with other dogs, children, or alone. He would love a loving, furever home for Christmas.

He is friendly, affectionate, loyal, playful, and looking for his furever home. Apply to meet adorable Zane today!

This little kitten is friendly, affectionate, gentle, brave, and curious, and deserves a furever, loving home. She is ready to warm your lap for years to come.

Chex

Chex is a 6-month-old STAR OF THE SHOW. He is a ham if we ever knew one. He vies for your complete attention and is always down to exchange affection. He has plenty of energy to play for hours and has a great desire to love you. Not knowing the meaning of shy in the littlest, Chex could easily be leash trained and make a great companion for unorthodox activities. He is house-trained and would be good in a home with other cats or alone.

Fish

Fish is a handsome 8-year-old boy looking for a forever lap to call his own! He has heterochromia! One blue eye, and one green eye. He is a little shy to start but very sweet once he warms up. He is affectionate, quiet, dignified, and looking for his furever, loving home.

Felix is approx. 1 1/2 years old and a handsome gray/white large tiger cat with personality plus (once he gets to know you). He is a very affectionate and sweet boy who loves being around his people. Sir Bacon

Hope you like playing ball because Sir Bacon LOVES, LOVES, LOVES to play ball. This beautiful, social boy could play all day. He’s good with the other dogs, a little afraid of cats, and probably great with kids.

Sir Bacon would make a great agility dog. Beware, however, he can and will jump! His adopter should have a high, secure fence to keep him safe.

Bacon has been neutered and microchipped and is up to date on his vaccinations. If you’re interested in Sir Bacon, submit a BAM Adoption Application and, if approved, we’ll contact you as soon as possible to arrange a meeting. If you don’t hear back within 7 days, please text us at 435-773-5209.

Paintbrush

Paintbrush is a stunning boy with the cutest splotchy nose and an infectious smile. We guess his age at a year or less. He’s quite social and enjoys a good game of catch.

Paintbrush is available LOCALLY ONLY as a foster-to-adopt. Once he has been neutered, the adoption can be completed and this beautiful boy will be all yours!

Greta

Greta was born approximately July 1. She’s good with other dogs, kids and cats too! She’s loving, sweet, and playful and wants all the attention for herself.

Greta is available LOCALLY ONLY as a foster to adopt. Once she has been spayed, the adoption can be completed and this cutie patootie will be all yours!

Ozzie

Ozzie is a sweet, playful girl who is ready for any adventure. At 3-1/2 years old, she has a lot of energy and loves to play. This girl can occupy herself alone outside but also loves to romp with kids and other dogs. She will always be happy to stop to give you kisses and follow you around admirably.

Ozzie does have a strong prey drive, however, so cats and chickens are not going to be safe with her. She’s an amazing dog that someone gave up on too soon. She is ready for a parent or family to give their love and time to her.

Diamond

Eight-year-old Diamond is a gentle girl who would give anything to be in an easy-going home with someone special who will take her on leisurely walks and activities and smother her with hugs! She adores sitting in the shady grass and just being loved on.

The poor girl was rescued from a kill shelter in California and, even though she’s safe now, she’s not a fan of being kenneled and would much prefer sitting on a couch with her humans all day watching soap operas.

Diamond enjoys the company of other dogs and will gently remind those that are too playful to be respectful of her age. She’s not a grumpy old lady though–if you ever want a laugh, just get a toy out and watch her play. She steals everyone’s hearts. She has lots of love in her and just needs someone to share it with.

Roxy

Roxy needs a playmate!  This girl is so affectionate, full of life, and smart, smart, smart!!! She wants nothing more than get outside and play ball, tug, you name it–she just wants to play!

Unfortunately, life changes didn’t allow pretty Roxy to stay with her family and she has to be re-homed. She’s a wonderful girl (did we mention that she’s smart?) who needs someone with an active lifestyle and time to help develop her mind. She would probably be a great agility dog, frisbee fetcher, and/or running/hiking partner. And once she’s worn you out, she’ll snuggle up to you on the couch for cuddles and cookies. (Exercise and cookies- you can’t lose!) And can you imagine gazing into those gorgeous eyes every day?
