About this pet: Bruno was found as a stray. He has a great personality and knows sit, shake, stay, and wait. He loves people and is doing well with leash training.

2Zachary

About this pet: Zachary is an extra-large orange and white tabby. He lost his home and came to the shelter as a kitten. He can be a little shy at first, but give him time. He really likes pets and brushing and is a quiet, laid-back, friendly 6-year-old. He’d be perfectly happy just lazing about in your lap. He previously lived with other cats and a dog, and they got along just fine. If you are looking for an easygoing companion, Zachary may be the boy for you.

3Speedy

About this pet: We believe Speedy was struck by a car. He was found to have no broken bones but did have some bruising in his left hind leg. He has had surgery on his leg for an infection and is recuperating.

He is very friendly and likes to be held and petted. He sucks the tip of his tail. His main objective is to be by your side. This beautiful spotted orange tabby is probably about 1 year old.

About this pet: As you can tell, Happy is the perfect name for this handsome guy. He is a Retriever mix approximately 3 years old. Happy is considered a large dog, weighing 55 pounds. He is looking for his forever home where he will be loved and safe. Happy was rescued from the county and is lucky to be in the shelter. Even though Happy is a house dog, he does need a fenced yard so he can enjoy the outdoors and have fun playing. Happy would make a great family dog and he gets along well with other dogs.

About this pet: Shotzee is a beautiful girl. She is a purebred German Shepard. Shotzee is approximately 2 years old, out of the puppy stage and perfect for training. She is considered a large dog weighing 45 pounds. Shotzee has a very sweet personality. She would be a perfect fit for an active family. While Shotzee is a house dog, she would need a forever home with a fenced yard where she can be outdoors and play safely.

About this pet: Ekoe is an Aussie Border Collie mix. He is a handsome guy. Ekoe is going to be a big guy, because at 9 months old he weighs 40 pounds. He has a great personality and gets along well with cats, kids, adults, and even other dogs. Ekoe needs an active family that likes the outdoors. He loves to play and would need a fenced yard to be able to play outdoors safely. Ekoe is at a great age. He’s almost out of the puppy stage and ready for training. He will make a fantastic new BFF for your family. Please open your heart and home to Ekoe.

About this pet: Carley is a beautiful Tortie. She is approximately 2 years old and is considered a medium-sized cat at 7 pounds. As you can tell from her picture, she loves to watch what is going on around her. Carley is a sweet girl and deserves to find her forever home where she will be safe and loved.

About this Pet: Lia was adopted, but she has returned to the shelter. It really isn’t her fault, and she needs a second chance to find a forever home. Lia is a beautiful girl and would make someone very happy. She would fit into a home with a single person or a couple.

About this pet: Casper is a beautiful DLH white cat who is about 3 years old. He came to PAWS from a kill shelter and has been here about four months. He is very sweet and loves to be petted and to rub against your legs. He gets along with other cats and loves his wet food. He has been neutered and is current on his vaccinations.

13Cassie

About this pet: Cassie is a 7 year old female larger Chihuahua Mix. She may have been abused, because she doesn’t like men and some other dogs. Once she bonds with you, she is a loving girl. She would do best in a home without children or other pets. Our dogs are microchipped, spayed or neutered, and current on vaccinations.

14Cooper

About this pet: Cooper is about 1 year old, and his mother was a Doberman (we’re not sure what his dad was). He is so sweet and loves to play. He is a large dog that will need a large yard as well. Cooper loves older children and other dogs. He is microchipped, neutered, current on vaccinations, and housebroken. Cooper has been trying to find his perfect home since he was a puppy. It just hasn’t happened for this guy yet. He is a very big, strong dog but has had some training. He knows sit, shake and a few other commands.

15Garth

About this pet: Garth is a 5 year old DLH orange Tabby. He is very mellow and a little shy. He is not at all aggressive and is such a cuddlebug. Garth will hug you when you hold him. He came to us from Brigham City and has been here for about four months. Our pets are spayed or neutered and current on vaccinations.

16Laverne

About this pet: Laverne is a DMH female black cat. Her hair is so soft and shiny, she is beautiful. She was found in the PAWS parking lot in a carrier along with another cat. We don’t know why someone abandoned her, because she is such a nice cat. Our cats are spayed or neutered and current on vaccinations.
