Celebrate in Historic Downtown Cedar City At The Spring Fiesta and Slow Roll

Join Cedar City Events and the Cedar City Neighborhood Slow Roll Committee for the 2nd annual Spring Fiesta and Slow Roll event held in Historic Downtown Cedar City on Friday, May 5, 2023.

After the highly successful kick-off event last year, there was no doubt the Spring Fiesta would continue again this year with new additions, including food and retail vendors, live music from Mariachi De’ Mexico, a slow roll route with bike valet, local ballet folklórico, dancers, Herencis Hispana, and more! This year will also feature Lotería, a popular game from Spain to Mexico, comparable to bingo.

All ages are welcome at this event as we share and celebrate Latin heritage beginning at 5 PM on Center Street in Cedar City. DJ Azteca will host the main stage and keep the music pumping for a street dance scheduled from 9 to 11 PM.

May is also known as National Bike Month. Cedar City’s Slow Roll Committee partners with the Spring Fiesta to kick off and bring awareness to its mission of promoting safe and active transportation in town through local neighborhood bike rides and “slow rolls.” Bring your own chairs, bikes, skateboards, scooters, and strollers, along with your friends and family, to celebrate all evening long. Don’t forget to bring your helmet if you plan to use the new bike route!

For more information, including the slow roll bike route and information on participating as a vendor, visit www.cedarcity.org/springfiesta and follow Cedar City Events on Facebook and Instagram.
