Christmas A La Vivaldi is a program that the whole family will enjoy

Enjoy Christmas A La Vivaldi, a new Christmas tradition. Performed by a chamber orchestra, this is an entire Christmas concert with many of your favorite Christmas classics.
The chamber orchestra will feature several vocalists and will feature a variety of beloved classical composers, including Bach and Beethoven. The show will finish with the new composition, Christmas A La Vivaldi, composed by Nick Greer, and represents Smashes of Vivaldi’s Four Seasons mixed with favorite Christmas melodies. Parts of it have already been performed by the National Symphony in Washington DC and by the Utah Symphony.

Christmas A La Vivaldi will be on tour in Southern and Central Utah and will feature Rosalie Macmillan, noted solo violinist. A full concert was staged for the first time last year in Helper, Utah, and the show was received with a great response; many in attendance last year promised to make the concert a family tradition. This year’s tour is adding Richfield and Kanab at the Redstone Theater.

Ted Hinckley is both the creator of the original recordings of Christmas A La Vivaldi, but is also the producer of the concert. Mr. Hinckley is aware of the Kanab Area as he has worked with the county and the tourism office on the musical parts of many events, including Balloons and Tunes, Western Legends, and other events featuring live music. Mr. Hinckley believes that Kanab is a market that loves good music and will respond to the quality of Christmas A La Vivaldi. He hopes that the people of Kanab will come and see this show, and if it gets an audience, it will be brought back in the future.

Christmas A La Vivaldi Live in concert.

December 15 in Kanab Redstone Theater – 7 PM

December 16th in Richfield Sevier Valley Center Theater – 7 PM

December 17th in Helper Utah, Rio Theater – 7:30 PM
