Another night scrolling through streaming options? Or another night you actually remember?

This April, OTC Comedy invites audiences to trade the couch for something alive, interactive, and completely one-of-a-kind.

Every Friday at 8 PM, the OTC Comedy Theater (913 S. Main Street) lights up with fast-paced, unscripted improv comedy built entirely from audience suggestions. No scripts. No reruns. No “we’ve seen this one before.” Just a group of performers creating scenes, characters, and stories in real time, often with ideas coming directly from the crowd.

That’s the magic of live improv, once it happens, it’s gone. The jokes, the characters, the unexpected twists exist for one night only. Audiences don’t just watch the show, they experience it, becoming part of something that can’t be repeated.

Admission is $10, offering an accessible option for a night out. Whether it’s a date night, a group outing, or simply a change of pace, OTC Comedy provides an alternative to the usual routine.

Each performance leans into spontaneity. One moment may unfold as a dramatic monologue, the next as a scene about a time-traveling barista or a game show that spins into something completely unexpected. The experience is quick-thinking, collaborative, and shaped by the energy of the room.

OTC Comedy has been bringing live improv to Cedar City for years, creating a space where creativity thrives and audiences play a role in the performance itself. It’s not just about watching comedy, it’s about being in the room where it happens.

Performances take place every Friday at 8 PM throughout April at the OTC Comedy Theater, 913 S. Main Street in Cedar City. Tickets are $10 and available at otccomedy.com.
