Electric Comedy returns to the stage this Memorial Day Weekend, May 22 and 23, bringing a high-energy, community-driven comedy experience to the historic Electric Theater in downtown St. George.
Audiences can expect a bold and unforgettable night of comedy designed to bring people together through humor, connection, and culture—just in time to kick off the summer season.
Headlining the weekend is Jesus Trejo, known for his hit specials on Netflix and Showtime, along with appearances on The Late Show with Jimmy Fallon, First We Feast, and PBS. Trejo, also an award-winning children’s book author, brings a fresh and authentic voice that resonates across generations and cultures.
Joining him is a dynamic lineup featuring Carlos Ortega and Jesse Soriano from Off Melrose @ The Activist Kitchen, alongside Electric Comedy’s host Val Douroux, whose charismatic storytelling continues to build one of the region’s most engaged comedy audiences.
Electric Comedy positions itself as more than a show—it’s a movement centered on inclusivity and community connection.
