The Stage Door proudly presents “The Drowsy Chaperone,” a delightful musical comedy that will transport audiences back to the golden age of Broadway. Directed by the talented Dean Jones, choreographed by the dynamic Hannah Jordan, and featuring sensational music direction by Celeste Dixon, this production promises to captivate theatergoers from February 8th to February 24th at The Electric Theater.

Set against the backdrop of the roaring 1920s, “The Drowsy Chaperone” follows the story of a die-hard musical theater fan who finds solace in his favorite record, which magically brings to life the fictional 1928 musical of the same name. As the record spins, audiences are whisked away on a hilarious and heartwarming journey filled with mistaken identities, romantic entanglements, and larger-than-life characters.
