Cedar City, UT – All Hallows Eve is almost here and that means you need to be ready for ghosts, goblins, and things that go bump in the night. Make Frontier Homestead State Park part of your Halloween story with a series of fun and thrilling events to celebrate the spirit of the season.

To get you and yours into the Halloween mood, our family-friendly Haunted Homestead returns October 21st and 22nd from 4:00 pm to 8 pm each evening. We will provide carnival-style Halloween-themed games, face painting, and other haunting surprises. Local theater students will provide a spooky walk, making your heart race. Admission is $8.00 per family.

Our self-guided cemetery tour will be set up all month long. Download an information booklet describing notable stopping points or pick one up at the museum. Peruse the local cemetery and learn about some of the more interesting headstones and stories about the graveyard. We recommend completing this tour between 3:00 pm and 8:00 pm on the day of your choice. Please dress for the weather and bring a flashlight. This event is provided free of charge.
