A new annual tradition is coming to the gateway of Zion National Park as the inaugural Zion Canyon Art Festival makes its debut this October, inviting visitors to experience Springdale through art, music, local businesses, and community partnerships.

Designed as a self-guided experience, the Autumn Art Walk on October 10 encourages guests to explore galleries, restaurants, lodging properties, public art, and participating businesses while discovering the creative spirit of Zion Canyon. The festival’s theme—Create. Explore. Connect.—reflects its mission of bringing people together through art, community, education, and a shared appreciation for the natural beauty of the region.

One of the festival’s featured highlights is acclaimed artist and adventurer Jeremy Collins, who has been commissioned to create the official poster for the inaugural Zion Canyon Art Festival. Visitors can enjoy featured artists, gallery exhibitions, live music, chalk art, interactive art experiences, local dining, and the opportunity to discover the small-town charm of Springdale throughout the day. Participating restaurants will also highlight plant-based menu selections as part of the festival experience.

The Zion Canyon Art Festival recently received support through the Town of Springdale’s RAP Tax program and continues to welcome local businesses, artists, nonprofit organizations, volunteers, and community partners as founding participants.

“Our vision is to celebrate the creativity, culture, and welcoming spirit that make Springdale and Zion Canyon so special,” said founder Adrienne Gates. She hopes visitors will slow down, explore Springdale, meet local artists and business owners, and experience the community in a new and memorable way.

Additional featured artists, participating businesses, music, and festival experiences will be announced in the coming weeks. For more information or to learn how to participate, visit zioncanyonartfestival.com.
