Join us at the Utah Midsummer Renaissance Faire

July 12-15, 2023!

HEAR YE! HEAR YE!  We offer a unique opportunity to step back in time and immerse yourself in a fantastical world. Picture yourself strolling through the streets of a bygone era, where danger lurks nearby but poses no threat to you. Imagine being greeted by noble figures, indulging in delectable treats from skilled artisans, and even wielding ornate swords adorned with precious gems.

Feast upon a savory turkey leg prepared by the infamous outlaw vendors of Logandale, knowing that it not only tantalizes your taste buds but is also safe to consume. And don’t miss out on the enchanting Kettle Korn, cooked by none other than the King himself using dragon’s breath, containing the aphrodisiac of the fourteenth century within its kernels.

With a plethora of fun games, enticing food vendors, captivating demonstrations, archery, and much more, come dressed in your finest costumes to fully immerse yourself in the experience. Witness the talents of ventriloquists, enjoy a mesmerizing bird show, and watch candy cannons delight the children twice a day. Encounter pirates and mermaids, partake in unicorn rides, witness thrilling jousting matches, and explore various weaving techniques.

Visit the diverse guilds from near and far, admire the intricate costumes of the Renaissance era, or become a character yourself by dressing up and embracing the role. This year, we’re thrilled to introduce a new addition: child entertainers! If your child or group wishes to perform during the Faire on Saturday afternoon, visit our website and submit an application. Musicians, magicians, dancers, and singers, seize this opportunity to showcase your talents.

Now, you may be wondering about the cost to attend such a spectacular event. Here’s the best part: all of this, along with 92 different shows on two stages featuring musicians, exotic animals, belly dancers, and magic shows, is absolutely free. There are no entrance or parking fees; the only expense is the fuel needed to journey to Cedar City, Utah.

Each year, on the second Wednesday of July, a time machine whisks you away to the realm of “Kedronvale.” Thanks to the dedicated efforts of faire board members Rick & Cathy Bryant, Ralph & Ann McAffee, and others, the Utah Midsummer Renaissance Faire celebrates its 41st annual occurrence in Cedar City, Utah. Join us and become a part of the enchantment and splendor of the Renaissance as you watch, learn, and play.
