An article about #macinsarmy including the video of the song written by Carlie Wall to help find Macin has demonstrated the potential of the internet. The passion Wall has for helping find Macin is shown in her vulnerability with the sharing of her own story of running away.

Tracey has set the Macin Posting Marathon up as an international event and posted the following as the event description:

Next Tuesday on November 10 2015 will mark 10 weeks since Macin has disappeared. It’s time we get the whole world involved. One of the best ways to get the word out in today’s tech world is to do a social media event. Our hope is to have Macin’s story one of the top trending stories. How can you help you ask? 😉 This is how it works.

Macin’s Army and any new recruits will:
(1) Write a post or share a post/picture related to Macin.
(2) Make sure you hashtag #macinsarmy #bringmacinhome
(3) Continue to post/hashtag/share all day long

If we have 10000 people being proactive with this process simultaneously and continue to have their friends and associates do the same, recognition will happen at a macro level. The first 100 people to participate in this event on November 10th will receive a bracelet from Macin’s Army as a thank you gift.

The weeks keep passing and there is still not a sign or lead on my boy. Please get involved and let’s BRING MACIN HOME!!!!!
