Mayor Michele Randall to Deliver State of the City Address

February 8 at 3 PM – Dixie Convention Center

ST. GEORGE— St. George Mayor Michele Randall will deliver her first-ever address to the city in the State of the City 2022: Activity and Optimism, set for Feb. 8 at 3 p.m. at the Dixie Convention Center’s Garden Room. There is no charge to attend the event and light refreshments will be available.

In addition to the State of the City event, the Dixie Regional Transportation Expo will be in full swing down the hall at the Dixie Center, which will give attendees a chance to learn more details of some of the infrastructure projects mentioned.

“I am excited to connect with all those who live and work in St. George — these opportunities are so valuable,” said Randall, who was recently elected to a four-year term that goes until the beginning of 2026. “An added benefit to this event is that the Transportation Expo is just down the hall; you can attend both events and learn so much about St. George.”

Mayor Randall will note some of the city’s recent achievements as well as discuss future projects and initiatives as it pertains to public safety, arts, parks, recreation, transportation, infrastructure, housing, and economic development. She will also announce the dates and sites for the city’s four Neighborhood Open Houses, which will be sprinkled throughout 2022.

The Dixie Regional Transportation Expo goes from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and is also free to attend.
