Magenta

Magenta is a playful and friendly girl. She enjoys meeting new people and taking walks on the Dogtown trails. She’s active and fun; however, she also enjoys snuggling and belly rubs.

Magenta gets along with some dogs and not others. She can be too rough with some dogs and might do best as the only dog in the home. If you’re looking for an adventure buddy, please fill out an adoption application today.

Gingerbread

If you’re looking to adopt a sweet, fun, energetic puppy, consider Gingerbread. He’s a sweet pup who enjoys playing with his littermates so he would most likely enjoy meeting other dogs when he’s old enough.

Like most puppies, he’ll need some guidance with chewing appropriate items and housetraining. If you’d like to take home a puppy today, please come meet Gingerbread.

Venus

This little girl is a fiery ball of energy. Venus loves her people, toys, and adventures more than anything! Venus came to us unsure of how to do life, and together we’ve worked to discover what works for her to be successful in the big wide world. She can be wary of new people handling her right away, but she will be sure to let you know when she’s ready, and when she is, she doesn’t hold back!

Venus has so much personality and loves sharing it with the world, she is the most special girl! If you’d like to meet Venus, please reach out to an adoption specialist to see if she is the right fit for you!

Hope

If your looking for a cat who’s as beautiful as she is affectionate then Hope is the perfect match for you! This stunning girl has the most mesmerizing blue eyes and loves nothing more than being showered with attention.

Whether you’re petting her or playing with her, she’s always happy as long as she’s with her favorite humans.

Steffie

Steffie is a sweet, beautiful cat who is looking for a calm home where she can learn to come out of her shell. Since arriving at the Sanctuary, Steffie has slowly warmed up to her human friends.

Steffie is looking for someone who is willing to take the time to earn her trust and allow her to blossom into the spectacular cat she could be. Do you have what it takes to welcome this beautiful lady into your home?

Gamma

Gamma is a very shy girl who doesn’t quite know if people are safe to be around. She is looking for a home where she can feel safe and loved.

She is working on her socialization skills, and will accept food from you. Gamma also loves it when you bring out the wand toy.

RSQ

Malcolm

Meet sweetie pie Malcolm! He came in with his little sis, Gwen. Since she was sick, they had to be separated. He is very much wanting a friend and is so playful and friendly with his caretakers.

He is affectionate and watched over his sis, so he would be great with another dog family member. His beautiful brown eyes are waiting to greet you. We recently found out, he enjoys the sprinkler! Apply to meet this little love today!

Gwen

Gwen is our little Parvo SURVIVOR! This cute little fighter is friendly and affectionate after she gets to know her caretakers. A little timid at first, she spent 4 days in the hospital receiving treatment and is now awaiting joining the rest of the pack!

She is very smart and eager to please. Apply to meet sweet Gwen today!

Daisy

Daisy has been returned to RSQ as her previous owner was unable to care for her anymore. She is a very smart dog and full of fun but will need an experienced and committed handler to provide a loving forever home for her. She will need a home where she can be the only dog (no cats either) and one without small children.

Once she gains your trust, Daisy is a very affectionate and loving dog. She rides great in the car and is house trained. Going on a hike or walk is her favorite activity.

Her adoption will come with a high-valued, paid for training program that will help her learn to build relationships and set her up for success in her new home. The adoption is conditioned on her new owner agreeing to be part of this training process. Inquire with RSQ for more information on this great girl!

Odin

Meet Odin, a remarkable feline who has overcome incredible odds. Despite a challenging past, Odin has blossomed into the most affectionate companion you could ever hope for. His love knows no bounds, and he eagerly seeks belly rubs, gentle ear scratches, and cozy cuddles.

Odin’s purrs of gratitude will fill your heart as he basks in your attention. But there’s one thing that truly makes him light up: canned food. Witness the pure delight in his eyes when you come prepared with a tasty treat. It’s a surefire way to win his heart and hear his purrs reach new heights of happiness.

This special cat is now ready to find a loving forever home, where he can shower his human companions with unconditional love and companionship. If you’re seeking a loyal and affectionate feline friend who has triumphed over adversity, Odin is the perfect match. Open your heart to Odin, and together, you’ll create a story of love, resilience, and endless joy.

Jude

Jude is a sweet, independent, affectionate, and playful young cat who is waiting to meet her purrfect person.

Jude is a very curious girl who enjoys following you around and exploring Cat World. And when it comes time for her beauty rest, you can usually find her soaking up the sun on the catio.

Jude does okay with other cats but would be happy to be the center of your attention!!

Comet

Meet Comet, a delightful kitten with a name as bright as his personality. His curious nature leads him on countless adventures, but he’s also happy to snuggle up and enjoy a cozy nap.

Get ready to fall in love with this little ball of energy!

Cara

Who can resist that precious face??  This pretty girl is friendly and playful, and she can’t wait to find her forever home! She’s very active and is looking forward to finding a home where she will get lots of regular exercise–long walks, games of fetch, and visits to the dog park so she can romp around. When she’s all tired out, she will enjoy snuggling up to her new family for some belly rubs and cozy cuddle time!

Poor Cara is so confused because she doesn’t understand why she’s in the shelter, she had a family but they did not have the time to spend with her. We know Cara would love to get out of there and into a warm home of her own ASAP. Cara would love to be your companion or part of your family; you won’t regret opening your home to this wonderful pup!

Lucas

Lucas can be a bit sensitive and it may take time for him to settle into your life with you. Once he feels more secure there’s no doubt that he’ll be playful and active. He would do best with older children who can respect his boundaries and be patient with him while he settles in.

With patience and lots of treats, of course, Lucas will open up and become a great addition to the group. He’ll need daily exercise and interactive play time with you.

Lucas has lived in a backyard and is not comfortable being inside a home at this time. He is not house-trained. He loves attention, quiet, and just chilling.

Joey

Joey is a very handsome shepherd mix puppy, who came to the shelter with 5 brothers and sisters. Joey will need to be socialized with other pups and given opportunities to exhaust his puppy energy.

He will need to be taken out to potty every few hours…even during the wee hours of the night. He will definitely need a patient and loving family to work with him! Also, because he is still a pup, he can learn to get along with children and other animals.

Bear

Bear came in as a stray and is now looking for his new forever home. We do not believe he has ever lived inside a home. He is shy at first but once he warms up to you, he loves attention.

Bear can be a bit sensitive and it may take time for him to settle into your home with you. Once he feels more secure there’s no doubt that he’ll be playful and active.

He would do best with older children who can respect his boundaries and be patient with him while he settles in. With patience and lots of treats, of course, Bear will open up and become a great addition to the group. He’ll need daily exercise and interactive play time with you.

Tonya

This beautiful young lady is Tonya. She is by far one of the sweetest kitties and very talkative too. Tonya enjoys spending time with her people. At first, this little cutie is quiet, but the more time you spend with Tonya, the more her personality grows.

In no time at all this sweetheart will be rubbing against you, meowing for your attention. Doesn’t this lovely lass sound like the girl for you? If so, please stop in and meet Tonya.

Amy

Amy was found as a stray trying to get into someone’s home. No one has come to claim her so she is looking for a new home.

She enjoys being petted, held, and watching out the windows. She is fascinated with the TV in the room and will sit and watch the activity on the screen, she also likes playing with the long tunnel toy.

Amy will come when called and loves attention, gives head butts, and purrs constantly.

Rhino

Rhino is 3 months old. He has beautiful gray coloration with some light tabby markings and he is a wonderful loving kitten.

Rhino was born at the shelter and is now ready to find his purrfect forever home.

Please come meet me at the PAWS Adoption Center so you can adopt me! I will be spayed when I am old enough and currently have 2 sets of puppy shots.

Mickey

Mickey is a 1-year-old Aussie mix who loves to run and play! He loves being a lap dog, he loves to do training (so he can get a treat), and he loves saying hi to all the dogs.

He is very smart and will be a fun dog to train. He walks well on a leash and is a great hiker, too. Come meet him in the PAWS Dog Room!

Olive

Meet Olive! She is a 6-month-old Catahoula/Lab mix. She’s an energetic puppy that would love to have a big yard to play in and a family to give love to.

She will need more training but is such a smart girl, she’ll learn very quickly. Come say hello to her in the PAWS Dog Room!

Bomber

Bomber is a 1-year-old long hair cat who loves absolutely everyone! He is one of the cats that loves to greet every visitor and will want your attention at all times.

He has a beautiful fluffy tail that you can’t miss. Come meet this boy at the adoption center soon!

Faye

Faye is the sweetest kitty around! She is almost 3 years old. She loves to follow you around and chat with you about her day. And when you’re done chatting, Faye LOVES a good snuggle and belly rub and will purr and nuzzle her way right into your heart.

She’s calm, she’s sweet, she’s friendly, and she’s so adorable! You won’t meet a more perfect companion.

Grady

Grady is a 1-year-old Tabby who absolutely loves everyone! He loves to follow you around, be held in your arms, and cuddle up right next to you.

He is friendly with dogs. He loves to run around and play like a kitten and loves to have the zoomies! You should visit soon and take this great cat home!

Macy

Macy is a small/medium dog at around 30 pounds. She is a beautiful blend of a little bit of everything! She is approximately 3-4 years old. She can be a little shy at first but warms up quickly.

This blond cutie is a good girl on the leash and likes long walks. She would do well in an active, adult-only home. Macy would love to have a home where an adult is with her most of the time.

She does great with other well-behaved dogs. Macy is spayed and up-to-date with her vaccinations. She absolutely loves watching DogTV! This girl is paws-itively perfect and would love a home of her very own.

Dodger

Dodger is an adorable chihuahua mix. He’s just a little over one year old and weighs around 10 pounds. Dodger is a perfect little nugget who loves to cuddle!

He also does great on a leash. In addition, Dodger is good with other dogs, cats, and kids. He is neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped.

He really is perfect in every way!

Sammy

Say hello to one of the cutest little fellers we’ve ever seen!

Sammy weighs around 9 pounds and is just a little over one year old. He is a sweet fun-sized blend of Maltese and Poodle. This adorable boy is a snuggle bug and very smart.

He loves kids and other dogs. He is wonderful at the groomers. In addition, Sammy is kennel trained. Sweet Sammy would be a perfect companion for any person or family.

Skipper

Skipper is a darling Dachshund mix. He is great with kids and dogs. Skipper likes to go for walks and car rides, and he enjoys snuggling on the couch.

He was adopted from us a year and a half ago and sadly lost his human to old age. Skipper is a little sad and confused but he is in a wonderful foster home right now while looking for his new fur-ever home.

Skipper is a sweet little guy and would make a great new best friend for anyone!

Milo

We think sweet Milo is just out-of-this-world adorable! Look at those cute little polka dots on his nose!

Milo is just one year old and was surrendered to us through no fault of his own. This cute ginger and white boy is neutered. Milo would love to find a home where he will be loved and cherished for his entire life. He would probably do best in a quiet home without a lot of activity.

Milo needs someone who will be very patient with him and give him all the time he needs to become more confident and secure in his new home. He would be a great companion for anyone who appreciates all the purrs, laughter, love, and snuggles a kitty has to offer!

Cloud

This blue-eyed beauty is Cloud!

She is from a litter of kitties that were bottle-fed by one of our amazing fosters. Now she’s all grown up at just about a little over one year old. She’s a beautiful girl that loves to cuddle and play. You’ll often find her sleeping on her back if she’s not sleeping in your arms.

Cloud is everything you’ve ever wanted in a kitty: beautiful, playful, affectionate, and cuddly!

Elvis

Five-year-old Elvis is a big galoof who loves everyone he meets (although he didn’t show much interest in cats). He’s a gentle giant who plays well with all sizes of dogs…even the little ones and puppies. He adores kids but can knock a little one over just giving a good sniff. He has an EXCELLENT sniffer!

Although he’s pretty quiet most of the time, the signature hound bay howl comes out when he plays. It’s adorable!

Elvis seems to have some training. He bolted on us once when we first got him but has been great since then. His new adopter just needs to be aware it can happen and they need to keep him safe, especially getting into and out of cars.

Bonnie

Bonnie has a happy tail and always wakes up in a good mood ready to start the day with a few kisses. She is approximately 2-3 years old and is the perfect size for a “tweener” dog (between big and little).

Bonnie is a shy girl who, we suspect, was abused which made her afraid of so many things. Fortunately, her foster mama has made a big difference and feels it’s time to find Bonnie’s family where she can continue to gain confidence and learn to blossom into the dog she was born to be.

Bonnie likes going for walks & hikes plus she loves car rides and being near her person. She’s very food motivated and a quick learner. Bonnie is housebroken with a doggy door and crate trained (although she would rather stay out with you). She would love another outgoing fun-loving dog to play with as she relies on other dogs to let her know if a situation is safe or not and would do best without small children as sudden movements and loud noises can frighten her. She requires a secure fenced yard.

Oscar

Do you like Chocolate? You just can’t get any sweeter than this gentle giant. Oscar is kennel trained and does well on his own outside a kennel. He shows no destructive behavior. He’s obedient, friendly, protective, calm, and quiet and he loves to snuggle on the couch. What more could you ask?

Oscar was recently surrendered due to a housing situation. At eight years old, he is a playful goofball (he has a huge bin of toys) and will try to get multiple toys in his mouth. He does well on a leash. He knows his basic commands and sits nicely for treats and meals. He has been socializing well at doggy daycare with male and female dogs. He enjoys older, respectful kids. He has not been cat tested.

Oscar was diagnosed with epilepsy a year ago after having a petit mal seizure (non-violent shaking) but no loss of consciousness. He takes medication twice a day (with peanut butter) to keep from having another one. He is at a good healthy weight at 80 pounds.

Bing

Two-year-old brothers Bing and Chunk were surrendered together and Chunk has been adopted but…his brother Bing is still waiting.  Are you his furever family?

Bing, named for his beautiful Bing Crosby eyes, is energetic, playful, and loves to chew (antlers and durable toys preferred). He also enjoys cuddling and giving kisses.  Bing has some fear of riding in cars and freezes up and doesn’t want to get in. However, after just a few trips to the dog park with our fabulous volunteers, he’s already becoming more relaxed and has a great time once he gets there. Trips to other fun places should help him continue with his progress.

Bing is good with other dogs, cats, and kids and will make a great addition to an active family. As puppies, Bing may do better with older children who will make sure not to leave toys laying around. (Did we mention he does love to chew and will need supervision since he will swallow toys if allowed). Bing would benefit from some training as he can jump and be mouthy when excited and hasn’t had much experience walking on a leash. A  loving family with room to play and time to help socialize him will solve many of these behavioral issues.

Izzy

One-year-old Izzy is such a happy girl. She adores everyone (ok, we don’t know about cats yet) and loves to romp with kids, other dogs, or by herself if no one else is available.

Izzy is housebroken, spayed, microchipped, and fully vetted. This super-sweet girl is anxious to begin her new life with a special person or family that adores her. She’s super smart and has a lot of puppy energy still so might do best with a family with kids and/or other dogs and would love a big yard to explore.
