Perdita

Perdita is a sweet girl who loves to be around people. She walks nicely on a leash and is very affectionate.

She’s still learning all about life in Dogtown and we are still getting to know her better, but what we do know is that she’s friendly and would love a home of her own.

Please fill out the adoption application today if you’d like to meet Perdita.

BeoWoof

BeoWoof is a handsome guy who gets wiggly when he sees his friends. He’s active and fun but also knows how to relax. One of his favorite activities involves going for walks. If his adopter worked on his stamina, he could be a great hiker.

BeoWoof would do best in a home without children. If you’re ready for a new best buddy, please contact our adoptions team about BeoWoof today!

Dulce de Leche

Dulce is a petite, 35-pound, Husky mix. She is a fun happy-go-lucky kind of girl. If you want a couch potato and a hiking adventure buddy, she’s your gal!

She can be shy at first, but quickly becomes your best pal sitting right on your lap. She has a special liking for small puppy toys because she believes in staying young forever.

Tummy scratches make her roll over pretty quickly. She also has adorable head tilts when you talk to her and she makes cute little noises to explain her thoughts. She’s hopefully waiting for her furever home!

Gumby

Gumby, the wise and weathered feline, carries the weight of years on his sturdy paws. With an endearing pink nose and fuzzy ears that have seen countless adventures, he wears the marks of a life well-lived.

His grumpy demeanor only adds to his charm, as he commands attention with a single flick of his tail. Gumby, the epitome of seniority, possesses a quiet wisdom and a depth of experience that transcends his feline form. Though he may be rough around the edges, his heart beats with a warmth that only those who truly understand him can appreciate.

Irene

Irene is the star of every show, moment, and activity. Being the center of attention is what she does best, but don’t worry she is happy to share the light with her cat friends.

Irene is a sweet and fun kitten who wants all the love she can get from people and her 4 legged friends.

Ready to play? Cuddle? Watch TV? – Take Irene home, there is no way not to adore this girl!

Alenko

Alenko is not just a cat; he’s a living, breathing teddy bear wrapped in the most luxurious and velvety fur you’ve ever touched!

Alenko loves shoulder rides and cuddling is his specialty. His gentle purrs are like a soothing lullaby that melts away stress and worries.

He has a magical way of turning a simple embrace into a moment of pure tranquility, making him the ultimate comfort companion for both quiet evenings and busy days.

Yogi, Fozzie, and Boo Boo

Yogi, Fozzie (both males), and Boo Boo (a female), are three of the “Bear Cub” pups. They and their seven other siblings were found (along with their mom Bernadette who is also available for adoption) when they were only 4 weeks old.

These gorgeous shepherd/cattle dog mixes are all healthy and fun as can be. They are old enough now to be ready for their furever homes. Could it be yours?

Pearl

Introducing Pearl, the enchanting calico with a distinctive and captivating facial pattern. Despite her playful and mischievous appearance, Pearl is actually a well-mannered and affectionate feline who will steal your heart with her charm.

With her unique mask, Pearl’s curiosity shines through as she explores the world around her, always ready to embark on new adventures. She enjoys being the center of attention and will gladly bask in your affection, but she also knows how to gracefully interact with her fellow feline friends.

Pearl’s playful and athletic nature adds a touch of excitement to her already captivating personality. She’ll keep you entertained with her acrobatic moves and charming antics, making every moment spent with her a delight.

This curious and affectionate calico is seeking a forever home where she can be cherished for the gem she truly is. If you’re ready for a delightful companion who brings joy and wonder into your life, Pearl is the purrfect addition to your family.

Pickle

Introducing Pickle, Cat World’s newest, gentle soul. Previously a shy visitor to our center, Pickle has now found comfort here where she can take her time to warm up to the kind-hearted humans around her.

With her timid and unsure demeanor, Pickle’s delicate character seeks the comfort of a loving companion who understands the language of patience and compassion. She’s grateful for the cozy bed and regular meals, cherishing every act of kindness that comes her way.

Pickle is already forming friendships with her roommates, proving that she’s open to the joys of feline companionship. A gentle feline friend could help guide her on this journey to trust and love, making her feel safe and cherished.

If you’re ready to offer Pickle the understanding and love she craves, you’ll find a loyal and affectionate companion in her. Let’s make her purrfect match today, and watch as Pickle blossoms into a happy and content member of your forever family.

Clawdeen

Introducing Clawdeen, the darling young feline who captures hearts with her charm. While she may be a bit timid and reserved when you first meet her, she most certainly will blossom in the right environment.

Clawdeen dreams of finding a loving home where she can feel safe and cherished. With a warm and generous heart, she promises to be fiercely loyal to her human companion. Are you ready to provide the gentle love and care that Clawdeen longs for?

Ginger

I am 5 years old and a sweet girl who enjoys being petted. I would love to go on walks and be with people. I will be your best friend and sit with you, cuddle with you, and love you. I am well-behaved and think you’ll enjoy being with me.

I love toys and love to play fetch. I am good with other dogs, but not with cats. I need a companion to take me on walks and help me drop a few of those unwanted pounds that seem to have attached themselves to my body.

Pringle

Pringle is up for adoption! This young girl is a little shy when meeting new people. She does love getting petted and loved on. She walks with lots of dignity in her knowing that she is one pretty dog.

She is very friendly once she feels comfortable, she’s been very affectionate and gentle. Pringle will be great for any type of home environment as long as she’s getting loved on.

Mikey

Mikey was found as a stray. He is very friendly and loves attention. He has a lot of energy and loves to play. He seems to be ok with other dogs.

We think he is approximately 2–3 years old. He is not one to instigate any confrontation with other dogs, but we feel that he would be best in a home without other pets. He is a good boy and would benefit from an experienced dog owner.

Mikey is very independent and dignified. He has shown to be loyal and smart. He is going to make a very good dog for any home willing to give him a chance.

Harvey

Harvey is such a big loving guy! He loves fetching! This gentle giant loves everyone. He is very affectionate and super playful.

He has to be one of the friendliest dogs we have had at our shelter. He is funny and curious. For his large size, he is very athletic. Harvey will make a great pet at any home especially if it is an active family for him to run around with.

Milo

Milo is a very smart and loving dog, he loves being the center of attention. He is very shy but enjoys spending time with everyone. He does tend to get jealous when someone else is getting attention so a home where he could be the focus would allow him to flourish.

Huskies are highly intelligent dogs and get quickly bored, so they must be kept busy with a variety of activities providing both mental and physical stimulation or you will have an unhappy dog on your hands. An unhappy Husky is a destructive Husky. Huskies will do well in apartments but need a large yard and lots of attention to keep them busy and “working”.

Kali

Are you looking to give an older kitty a second chance in life? Kali may be a senior citizen, but she’s got all the love and affection of a youngster.

A 15-year-old Main Coon, she has sparkly silver and gray fur. Her idea of heaven is people she can call her own. She doesn’t require much except lots of love and brushing.

She has a problem with her upper lip and has been seen by the veterinarian and is healing nicely. She is beautiful and just needs a place to spend her time surrounded by love.

Lucy & Millie

Oh my gosh! Look at Lucy’s face (and those feet)! Born around February 9th, little Lucy has some growing to do. This social butterfly is great with other dogs and loves kids.

And Millie! Born around January 18, baby Millie is looking for her forever family. She loves romping with kids and other dogs or hanging out in the pool (oh yeah, she’s a water dog).

Flynn

Flynn is a four-year-old McNab (or Decker Hunter) Terrier/Border Collie mix. He’s been with his last person since he was a puppy and has been well-loved but his owner could no longer provide him with the care and attention he needs and sadly brought him to us.

Flynn gets along well with other dogs and is well-socialized with people (including children) but hasn’t yet been tested with cats. He loves a good game of tug or a puzzle feeder to encourage his curiosity.

Flynn is a picky eater and guards his food. For some reason, he is afraid of delivery trucks and some men. Unfortunately, this breed sheds more than most so his new adopter will need to be prepared.

A quick Google search on this breed shows they are affectionate, inquisitive, loving, alert, lively, active, intelligent, fearless, and playful dogs who tend to have separation anxiety when their owners leave them alone at home because they bond very closely with them.

Rosie

Need a lap dog? Rosie is your girl!

Sweet Rosie is nine years old and in search of a new person to love. She gets along with other small dogs, is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on her vaccinations.

Rosie has an appointment for a dental so will be available as a foster to adopt LOCALLY ONLY until she gets that done.

Bonnie

Bonnie has a happy tail and always wakes up in a good mood ready to start the day with a few kisses. She is approximately 2-3 years old and is the perfect size for a “tweener” dog (between big and little).

Bonnie is a shy girl who, we suspect, was abused which made her afraid of so many things. Fortunately, her foster mama has made a big difference and feels it’s time to find Bonnie’s family where she can continue to gain confidence and learn to blossom into the dog she was born to be.

Bonnie likes going for walks & hikes plus she loves car rides and being near her person. She’s very food motivated and a quick learner. Bonnie is housebroken with a doggy door and crate trained (although she would rather stay out with you). She would love another outgoing fun-loving dog to play with as she relies on other dogs to let her know if a situation is safe or not and would do best without small children as sudden movements and loud noises can frighten her. She requires a secure fenced yard.

Ryder

Ryder is about approximately one year old and, as with some other rescues, he has some trust issues. He’s cautious around people at first but warms up and is very sweet and worth a little extra love and affection.

Ryder is just learning what dog treats are for (although he loves deli meat and cheese) and still hasn’t figured out what to do with toys. It didn’t take him long, however, to decide he adores ear rubs and pittie scratches and will snuggle up close to be loved on. He will be exceptionally loyal to whoever adopts him as long as they promise to shower him with all the love every dog deserves.

Ryder gets along well with other dogs but can get a bit possessive of his people so his dog buddies should be introduced properly. He might also take a little time to feel safe in a new yard so supervision is critical in the first weeks.

Ryder will need an adopter willing to give him the attention and love he’s been missing, and patience with him while he learns he’s in a safe and loving environment.

Izzy

One-year-old Izzy is such a happy girl. She adores everyone (ok, we don’t know about cats yet) and loves to romp with kids, other dogs, or by herself if no one else is available.

Izzy is housebroken, spayed, microchipped, and fully vetted. This super-sweet girl is anxious to begin her new life with a special person or family that adores her. She’s super smart and has a lot of puppy energy still so might do best with a family with kids and/or other dogs and would love a big yard to explore.
