Bolt

“Can Anybody Find Me Somebody to Love”? Bolt is the definition of a big bundle of love. He loves kids and longs for a family with room for him in their hearts, a backyard, perhaps a doggy door, and a comfy bed.

He puts himself to bed at 9 p.m. every night and is happy to stay there until you call him for breakfast! Bolt has been going to doggy daycare and gets along with other dogs with proper introduction.

Come see if you can make Bolt the happiest dog on earth and provide him with a safe and loving home.

Corduroy

Corduroy is one of the “Bear Cub” pups. He and his 10 siblings were found when they were only 4 weeks old. These gorgeous shepherd/cattle dog mixes are all healthy and fun as can be.

Corduroy loves playing with his siblings. He’s doing great on leash and listening to commands. He’s a very smart, “Scooby-Doo” lookalike!

Daisy

Daisy has been returned to RSQ as her previous owner was unable to care for her anymore. She is a very smart dog and full of fun but will need an experienced and committed handler to provide a loving forever home for her.

She will need a home where she can be the only dog (no cats either) and one without small children. Once she gains your trust, Daisy is a very affectionate and loving dog. She rides great in the car and is house-trained. Going on a hike or walk is her favorite activity.

Her adoption will come with a high-valued, paid-for training program that will help her learn to build relationships and set her up for success in her new home. The adoption is conditioned on her new owner agreeing to be part of this training process. Inquire with RSQ for more information on this great girl!

Oakley

Oakley, the Tortie, is looking for a home! She’s a sweet girl who loves head rubs. A little timid at first, she warms up fast. (A little wet food treat helps!)

Hal

Mikey

Mikey was found as a stray. He is very friendly and loves attention. He has a lot of energy and loves to play. He seems to be ok with other dogs.

We think he is approximately 2–3 years old. He is not one to instigate any confrontation with other dogs, but we feel that he would be best in a home without other pets. He is a good boy and would benefit from an experienced dog owner.

Mikey is very independent and dignified. He has shown to be loyal and smart. He is going to make a very good dog for any home willing to give him a chance.

Oliver

Oliver came to the shelter with three other cats who had been left in an apartment for about 2 months with only someone coming to feed them. He is still settling in but loves attention.

He will “usually” come when called, loves being petted, and is learning how to play with toys. He will sit beside you or under your chair just to be close. He is four years old.

Amy

I was found as a stray trying to get into someone’s home. If you’re looking for a wise, independent cat, I am for you. I am low maintenance, low fuss = the perfect housemate. I’ve learned how to occupy myself easily over the years, so if you’re after some company without the ‘neediness’ – I am for you!

I am fascinated with the TV in the room and will sit and watch the activity on the screen and also like playing with the long tunnel toy. I will come when called and love attention.

I give head butts and purr constantly and love looking out the window. I will do best as an only cat where I can get all your love and attention.

These two would keep each other company while you’re away shopping or at work. Adopting a bonded pair is a great option because you have less separation anxiety. Come meet them at the PAWS Dog Room and see if they would be a good fit for your home/family!

Indy

Meet 9-month-old Indy. This sweetheart of a Lab mix is one perfect dog. She is crate trained, potty trained, and knows her basic commands of sit, down, and stay.

Molly

This goodest girl is still waiting for her fur-ever home.

Molly is the sweetest, cutest, happiest pup you’ll ever meet!

This perfect girl is approximately 11 months old. She’s an adorable mix of Australian Shepherd and who knows what else! Molly is filled with joy and love for everyone she meets! She loves toys, loves to play in the water, and loves other dogs.

Although she is coming up on her first birthday, there’s still a lot of bouncy puppy-ness in her. Because Molly is so bouncy, she would do best with older kids. She knows some commands and is eager to learn.

She would love an active home with folks who will play with her and take her on daily walks. Molly is looking for her fur-ever home where she will be a loved and cherished family member always!

Milo

Milo is a playful little guy who loves to have fun running around with his kitten buddies. He loves any and all kitty toys!

This spunky boy is also super sweet and cuddly. And he has the prettiest colors and patterns in his fur. He wears a cute little tabby-colored heart on his chest! Milo is sure to grow into a very handsome and purr-fect adult kitty!

Loki

This handsome charmer loves to be cuddled and petted. Loki is very playful, and at 4 years young he is still very kitten-like.

Loki loves cuddles and pets and would be best in a home with older kids who are kind and respectful. With proper introductions, Loki would be fine with other kitties.

Sweet Loki would make a fantastic feline companion for anyone who appreciates all the love and laughter kitties have to give!

Leon

Leon is the sweetest grey tabby!

At just a little over two months old, he’s quick to purr and loves to be held and shown affection. His foster found that he loves car rides! He also enjoys having his paws rubbed.

With those gorgeous green eyes, purr-fect tabby markings, and a heart filled with love and purrs, Leon is one very special kitty!

Pepper is playful, cuddly, lovable, and affectionate. This cutie is sure to grow up to be a handsome adult feline. Adopt this boy and spice up your life with some sweet Pepper!

Simon

Simon is the ultimate cuddle bug! He quickly bonds with whoever he is with and showers you with love and purrs!

Simon is just a little over 4 months old. He is as handsome as he is loving; a combination you just can’t beat!

Bernie

Playboy Bernie is approximately two years old. He’s a great boy who is a bit of a clutz but who LOVES playing catch (and will play all day!). He’s very affectionate and great with adults and most likely children … we just haven’t seen him with any yet. He’s also super smart and learns commands quickly!

Bernie sometimes gets possessive of his people and toys when other dogs are around so it might be best if he were an only dog. He’s a total love, though, and is going to make someone a wonderful companion.

Bernie was pretty matted when he came to BAM. He may not require professional grooming but his adopter will need to keep him brushed to keep his beautiful coat tangle free. It’s easy, and he’s so happy when he’s being brushed.

Elvis

Five-year-old Elvis is a big galoof who loves everyone he meets (although he didn’t show much interest in cats). He’s a gentle giant who plays well with all sizes of dogs … even the little ones and puppies. He adores kids but can knock a little one over just giving a good sniff. He has an EXCELLENT sniffer!

Although he’s pretty quiet most of the time, the signature hound bay howl comes out when he plays. It’s adorable!

Elvis seems to have some training. He bolted on us once when we first got him but has been great since then. His new adopter just needs to be aware it can happen and they need to keep him safe, especially getting into and out of cars.

Misty

Who would believe this butterball loves to run and then cool off in a cold stream?

Wide as she is tall, chunky monkey Misty is a lot of loving lap dog! She’s also a super sweet girl who gets along with other dogs and probably kids although we haven’t seen her around any yet.

Misty is 8 years old, spayed, microchipped, and current on her vaccinations. She needs an adopter willing to monitor her food and exercise to get her down to a healthier weight.

Rooster

Thought to be around five years old, skinny little Rooster is such an affectionate boy and so much fun to be around. As you can see, he’s a real crowd-pleaser!

Rooster plays well with all dogs, adores kids, and loves to run! He’s housetrained, neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, and is ready to go!

Ryder

Ryder is about approximately one year old and, as with some other rescues, he has some trust issues. He’s cautious around people at first but warms up and is very sweet and worth a little extra love and affection.

Ryder is just learning what dog treats are for (although he loves deli meat and cheese) and still hasn’t figured out what to do with toys. It didn’t take him long, however, to decide he adores ear rubs and pittie scratches and will snuggle up close to be loved on. He will be exceptionally loyal to whoever adopts him as long as they promise to shower him with all the love every dog deserves.

Ryder gets along well with other dogs but can get a bit possessive of his people so his dog buddies should be introduced properly. He might also take a little time to feel safe in a new yard so supervision is critical in the first weeks.

Ryder will need an adopter willing to give him the attention and love he’s been missing, and patience with him while he learns he’s in a safe and loving environment.

Willy

What a cutie pie! Born around mid-January, little Willy is friendly and playful with other dogs.

Willy is a herding dog so he’ll chase livestock and might be nippy because that’s what cattle dogs are bred to do. It doesn’t mean he’s aggressive but he will need to be trained to tell the difference between people and cows. He could be a great ranch dog with a job to make use of his natural talents. If not on a ranch, Willy will still need a job in a home environment and will be happiest with lots of exercise/hiking/running.

Willy is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on his vaccinations. Because of his nippiness, he would probably do better with older kids.
