Patty

Are you looking for a wiggly, snuggle bug to join your life? Patty would fit this role perfectly! When Patty sees her favorite people or it is time to go for walk, she gets full body wiggles and her tail moves 100 mph. Patty came to the sanctuary from our LA center to enjoy a more laid-back life. She is happiest when she is laying on her big comfy bed, relaxing after mealtime. She loves her walks and car rides but really is a couch potato at heart. Her nickname is Patty Panda because of her unique black markings.

Patty is a sweet senior girl who is looking for her forever home to spend her golden years as your one and only and in return she will be your number fan and always greet you with a smile.

Tamarinsouthern utah adoptable pets Tamarin

Meet Tamarin! He is an adorable puppy that had needs a patient and understanding adopter. Tamarin is very shy and still getting comfortable around people. We believe Tamarin would benefit greatly from having another dog in the home. A dog that could help him feel more comfortable and show him the ropes. Tamarin needs an adopter that is willing to give him time to adjust and learn about life in a home. We know there is a playful puppy in there and we think the right home will bring out that side of him. He isn’t comfortable receiving affection from people and doesn’t walk on leash yet. If you are looking for a shy dog that needs some love and a safe place to blossom, Tamarin may be the right pup for you.

Lux

Meet Lux! He is a very intelligent and extremely sensitive dog. He will require a patient and gentle caregiver who will take the time to speak to him softly and use positive reinforcement training to help guide him into a healthy and well-socialized adulthood. Lux does best meeting new people with treats and then going for a walk. He can do playdates with other dogs, but has a very rough and tumble play style that not all dogs appreciate! Lux’s caregivers are doing a great job helping him build up his confidence and he’ll need that same patience to continue in his new home as well.

Everest

Everest is a striking cat with an outgoing, playful personality. Being born without third eyelids might hold some cats back, but it won’t stop this girl from enjoying life to the fullest! Here at the sanctuary, she can be found climbing, playing, and being curious just like any other cat. Her little smirk is contagious, and most people can’t help but smile when they interact with her. Everest is very trusting with people and enjoys learning new things. She also loves a good cuddle session and hanging with her cat friends. Please contact the adoptions team today to find out if this one-of-a-kind kitty could be your new best friend.

Rihanna

Rihanna is as gorgeous as her namesake! This lovely lady takes a little bit to settle in, but once she does, she will steal your heart! She wants you to make her feel like she’s the only girl in the world! Could you be the perfect fit? Make arrangements to come in and meet beautiful Rihanna today!

Jelly Beansouthern utah adoptable pets JellyBean

Jelly Bean is a very active, full-of-life, curious girl. She has very minor Cerebellar hypoplasia (CH), but can jump and run around like any other cat. She is also deaf and has been learning “clicker” training, done with a light instead of a clicker. She has learned to “high five” and seems to really enjoy sessions where the bond between her caregivers is strengthened.

Jelly Bean would definitely prefer to be an only cat and would probably do best with adults and older children. A perfect home would be with someone who is willing to spend the time to keep Jelly Bean’s mind engaged. She is very smart and taking part in activities that focus her energy seems to be something she truly enjoys and responds to.

Jelly Bean is a terrific girl who will bring so much to a home, and with the right adopter, she will certainly flourish! If you’re looking for a fun, unique cat who can high-five her way into your heart, please stop by or ask about Jelly Bean soon – she is waiting!

Ollie

Ollie is a year-old lab mix. He is a sweetheart who loves to play ball and cuddle. He has recently lost two people with who he was very bonded with, which has been hard for him. Ollie is happiest when he is with people, but loves other dogs and cats too. Ollie has been evaluated by a trainer who said he’s very lovable and trainable. He is potty trained and knows some basic commands. Ollie loves to meet new people and dogs. He’s a great walker and will need an active home, if bored, Ollie starts chewing. He seems to have mild separation anxiety, however, with the recent losses in his life and new environment changes, he may just be anxious. His forever home will need to be willing to work with him and allow him time to adjust! He does not do well when crated or left alone for long periods. He craves to be with people and active.

Flint

Sweet loving Flint is a hound mix (coon hound/foxhound mix). He is 4 – 6 months old. Flint is very smart, playful, and likes other dogs & toys. He is a good walker. Autumn

Have you ever seen such beautiful blue eyes? Two-year-old Autumn has to be one of the most social girls we’ve ever had at BAM! She loves everyone, especially kids, romps with the other dogs, even the puppies, tears up her stuffed toys (oops — be sure to supervise), walks well on or off a leash, and then climbs into your lap for a belly rub. And she will melt your heart with those gorgeous Catahoula eyes!

Autumn was brought to us for killing chickens when someone let them into her yard. That isn’t too surprising since Catahoulas are bred to work, hunt and guard, yet still, be good with children. Her mom said she was perfect in every way, other than the birds, and possibly rabbits.

Autumn is up to date on her vaccinations, microchipped, spayed, crate trained, housebroken, and smart! She knows come, sit, out, wait, and crate. We at BAM all just love her!

Baby

Baby is a super sweet girl! She’s eight to ten years old and loves attention, lots of pets, and belly rubs, and just wants to be near her person. She especially likes men!

Although usually good with other dogs, she can be snippy with them sometimes if they get too close and may do best without siblings–she’s used to not having to share her people. She is starting to play with toys, or at least tear their stuffing out and, when the mood strikes her, she also enjoys a ball or bone. She’s a funny little munchkin.

Baby is house trained and likes to sleep close at night, sometimes under the covers. She looks forward to going on walks and loves visiting with neighbors. Baby would be a great addition for someone who is home a lot or at least able to take her with them when they go out. She’s been bounced around too much and it takes a bit for her personality to blossom but she has lots of love to give and would do anything for her very own forever home!

Sunshine

Olive and Zenith, Sunshine’s sisters have found their homes. Only Sunshine is still looking … What an oversight!

Sunshine is a beautiful, loving girl with piercing eyes who loves getting belly rubs and giving puppy kisses. She’s a beautiful rough coat chi mix, approximately 1-2 years old and about 20 lbs. She has the most gorgeous light eyes. She is timid but warms up quickly. She is extremely affectionate and wants to be a lap dog. She is still learning the many rules of being an inside dog but is starting to understand and she’s already housebroken and knows the doggy door.

Mikko

Mikko” (pronounced Mick O), Hebrew for God, is a lovely gentleman who enjoys short walks and hanging out with other dogs, especially little ones. He’s an absolute lover boy and bonds quickly with everyone

Mikko will be having a mass removed from his leg soon and will be available for adoption once it’s done. He’s neutered, microchipped, housebroken, up-to-date on his vaccinations, and ready to move to his new forever home.

Maycie

If ever there was someone in need of love, it’s our Maycie! This girl will be your best friend and closest companion. She loves people, is an excellent snuggle bug, and will probably crawl in your lap and give kisses the first time you meet her. She’s around a year old, smart, housebroken, knows basic commands, gets along with other dogs, and is as sweet as she can be!
