Apollo

Goofy, energetic Apollo is ready to find his forever home! Apollo is an amazing mixed-breed guy who loves car rides, long hikes, playtime, and even group walks with other pups. Being approached by strangers can be a little scary for Apollo, but once he is calmly introduced to a new human pal, his affectionate and sweet personality shine through. A patient home that will give Apollo time to open up and understand that he is safe is exactly what this boy wants. Once he trusts you, just try to stop him from being your snuggle buddy!

Muffin

It takes just a little bit to win this boy over, but once you are friends, you are friends for life! Muffin is very gentle and quiet but he does have a bouncy goofy side. Muffin loves to play with other dogs. Muffin knows basic commands, like sit and paw. He loves to play fetch out in the yard and snuggle up in a pile of blankets. Muffin would love to meet you and show you what a good boy he can be.

Mateo

Mateo is still learning how to dog according to a Human’s standards. He understands that people usually bring him yummy dog treats and fun dog friends – but isn’t quite sure about those leash things they carry around with them. He is a smart dog who warms up with patience and calm encouragement. Mateo would thrive in a home with other dogs to show him the ropes and with people who take it slow and steady.

Henry

Henry the man! I’ve been declawed but my paws are okay! I’m a big sweetheart and a love bug! Super calm and affectionate. Would do well in a home without other cats. He would love to meet you and be your new best friend!

Shadrack

Such a cool cat! Totally chilled out and relaxed. Shadrack has a lot of patience and is very sweet. He would do best in a calmer home. He is a handsome boy that would love to meet you and be your new best friend! Make arrangements to come in and meet Shadrack today!

Finley

Finley is a cutie patootie that loves to be loved! Being carried, being pet, receiving treats, and hanging out are Finley’s favorite past-time activities. He would love to meet you! Make arrangements to come in and meet this handsome guy now!

Pixie

Pixie is an American Staffordshire Terrier mix female dog. She is 55 pounds of pure love. She is the height of a corgi and wiggles of a Staffordshire terrier. She is approximately 5-6 years old. She would be good in a home with other dogs, children, or alone. RSQ DOGS+ pulled her from the Iron County shelter so she could receive medical for a lump on her head. She will be ready for adoption once her medical and vetting are complete.

Arlo

Arlo is a small, male kitten. This cutie is hoping to find a furever home so he can be cuddled and spoiled. He’s a little shy but with time and love, he will become a faithful pet. He is house-trained and would be good in a home with other cats or alone.

Harlow

This calico bombshell has all the 1930s glamour of the real Jean Harlow. Harlow is an affectionate young cat looking for a forever home. She loves having her luxurious fur brushed and lounging in the sun. Harlow is house-trained and would be good in a home with other cats or alone.

Crumbl

This adorable kitten has a strong will to survive. She was surrendered by her owner with a possible poisoning but after a week of medical care, she has overcome her illness. Crumbl loves to be cuddled and is affectionate. She enjoys playing with her toys. She deserves to have a loving home with royal treatment. She is house-trained and would be good in a home with other cats or alone.

Meet Sweet Amber. This girl has just finished nursing and raising her babies and is now ready to move on with her life. She is very social, loves walks, and can’t get enough cuddles. She’s a pleaser who likes children and has a very easy-going personality. Amber is a cattle dog mix, approximately 1-year-old and looking for her new home.

Max

Max is a 1-year-old King Cavalier Spaniel Mix. This little guy has a huge heart, and he likes to be with his people. He is timid meeting new people and gets along well with dogs his own size with proper introduction. His favorite activities are playing ball, tossing stuffed “baby” around, walking, and napping after a walk. He loves to explore on walks, sniffing everything, enjoying the air. He is a fun, curious little clown. Up until now, he’s led a very sheltered life. He will do best in a calm adult-only home, he doesn’t understand cats, so a home without them is what he is looking for.

Sugar (Jolie)

Although she came with the name Jolie, her foster mama has renamed her Sugar: she’s all white and as sweet as can be! A tiny thing … we’re guessing 5 lbs or less … she’s young and very playful. She gets along well with her foster pack but is a people dog and is happiest with a squeaky toy or getting attention from her person.

Sugar already knows how to use the doggy door and is learning to walk on a leash. She’s getting used to being snuggled but is not a lap dog yet … she’s quite the independent girl although she likes to keep you in her sight. Sugar loves her treats so teaching her should be a simple task. Because of her size, we suggest no children or only those who are older and respectful.

If you are interested in checking out this adorable little girl to see if she could be your new best friend, call or text her foster mama Phyllis at (435) 705-9227 to arrange a meeting.

Jacob

Poor little Jacob was hit by a car and ended up losing a large chunk of his tail which feels better and is now a cute little nub. He’s a shy, sweet boy who only wants someone he can love and trust to keep him safe. We aren’t sure what breeds he has in him but there’s probably a bunch! He’s long and lean with legs like a basset hound but his head is more like a terrier that’s what we at BAM call a one-of-a-kind perfect blend!

If you would like to meet this delightful boy, visit that BAM Place between 9:00 and 5:00 Tuesday through Saturday or submit a BAM Adoption Application and, if approved, we’ll contact you within 7 days to arrange a meeting. To submit an application, click here.

Dee Dee

Dee Dee is a precious little senior long-haired dachshund who had to be shaved before she could travel to BAM because she was so matted. She was lumpy, bumpy, a little warty, and had some pretty nasty teeth but, after a snip here, a nip there, and a few tugs everywhere, she’s looking and feeling so much better!!! She’s looking forward to getting her stitches out on March 3rd and moving into her forever home.

Dee Dee has glaucoma which will require ongoing treatment (eye drops) and she may be a bit hard of hearing, but she has the sweetest temperament and loves to walk. She isn’t really a lap dog … yet … but she does like to be near her people and will follow you everywhere

If you would like to meet this delightful girl, visit that BAM Place between 9–5pm Tuesday through Saturday or submit a BAM Adoption Application and, if approved, we’ll contact you within 7 days to arrange a meeting. To submit an application, click here.

Barrysouther utah adoptable pets BARRY

Barry is not a lap dog (unless he decides he wants to be). Instead, he is a grumpy boy who came to us with a broken pelvis which still causes him pain. In the year he’s been with us, Barry also suffered seizures and kidney stones. He’s on a special diet and medication for all of these things, but he’s still a grump. And we all still love him!

Since being in our care, the poor guy has had to deal with puppies and big dogs who don’t understand why he doesn’t want to roughhouse. He does get along with dogs who aren’t in his face and likes to fetch a ball as long as you don’t try to take it back from him (Barry’s rules).

Ornery as he is, Barry is kind of our mascot and we want the old guy to catch a break and live out the remainder of his life with someone he can find solace in.

Barry loves to rub his back on the floor and wiggle and loves to have belly rubs by a person of his choosing. He enjoys certain members of our team while others simply aren’t his cup of tea.

To find out more about Barry, meet him and see if he’s a match for you, text, or call Julie at (435) 773-5209.

Acesouthern utah adoptable pets ACE

Ace is a happy, big old pup who has no idea he’s ever been injured, has recently had major surgery, and definitely doesn’t’ know that he’s supposed to have been calm and quiet while recuperating. His vet is amazed at just how well he has done so quickly!

Ace has a lot of energy and will need an active home. He would love to have a nice big yard to play in, along with regular and increasing exercise to strengthen his leg. In a few months, he’ll likely want to go on hikes and long walks. In the meantime, he loves affection and he loves to play! If he has toys and balls, he can entertain himself for long periods of time. He’d love you to throw the ball, but if you’re not available, he’s perfectly capable of throwing it for himself!! He needs to learn some manners but he is a bright boy and will learn quickly. He does tend to be toy possessive so some supervision will be needed with his doggy playmates.

Ace is fully vaccinated, neutered, microchipped, and ready to go to his forever home today!!! He will need an adopter with patience and one who is willing to care for him if his leg causes him issues in the future.

To find out more about Ace, meet him and see if he’s a match for you, text, or call Julie at (435) 773-5209.
