Hinata

Hinata strikes the perfect vogue-like poses. She not only has beauty but brains too. A smart, high-energy girl, Hinata benefits from lots of exercise and is ready to be your hiking, walking, or running buddy – a girl has to watch her figure. In fact, she enjoys agility training, playing fetch, splashing in a kiddie pool, and LOVES rope toys for tug of war. She can hit her mark on the runway as she knows basic commands. An experienced dog owner in an adult-only home would be an ideal match for exuberant Hinata as she longs to be your one and only model pooch.

Ebbie

Hello! My name is Ebbie 🙂 I was found on a mountain alone, but I’m happy spending time currently in a foster home! I’m happy-go-lucky and love to sleep on soft beds with my people. I love to sniff all the sniffs! Walks are my favorite and I often take my time just taking in all the smells. I’m great with children! I even understand which toys are mine and which are theirs.

I can NOT live with cats. My prey drive is very high, and I will most likely harm them. As far as other doggies go, I can get along with them, but not always. My manners with other dogs aren’t the best and they tend to dislike me because of it.

Tacoma

Tacoma is a whole-year-old, plus a few days, but when we call “Puppy puppy puppy” he comes running. Tacoma is very shy and does take time to warm up to people. He currently does not allow human touch. He gets his confidence being around other dogs and enjoys playing with them. The way to earn Tacoma’s trust is treats, dog friends, and high-pitched baby talk. Tacoma is learning how to be a dog and the skills needed to thrive in life while at Dogtown. He is looking for a home that can give him lots of time, love, patience, and treats while he settles in.

Britneysouthern utah adoptable pets Britney

Britney is a sassy senior who came all the way from Saudi Arabia to find her forever home. With her crooked little smile and her adorable head tilt when she looks up at you it is hard not to be instantly drawn to her. Her favorite thing to do is sit in your lap and would love to be your only companion so she can get all of the attention but will do great with others as long as they know she is the boss. She would be best in a quiet home with only adults to live out her senior years. If you are looking for a perfect lap cat Britney is your gal, she would love nothing better than to retire with you.

Egyptsouthern utah adoptable pets Egypt

Egypt is a beautiful lilac point Siamese mix. She loves people and is always the first to seek out attention when the caregivers go into the room. She is a quiet soul who gets along with all her roommates and loves to sit on laps. One of her favorite things to do is go on harness walks so she can lay in the sun or roll in the dirt. Egypt was born in 2013 with a birth defect that resulted in her being incontinent so she gets expressed twice a day and is on medication to help. That sounds scary but in fact, we can teach you how to express her so you are confident doing it!! Egypt would need a special home that could show her patience and compassion, could that home be yours? I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Bruce

Bruce can often be found wandering the halls at Cat Headquarters greeting visitors and volunteers. He loves to hang out with people and is a sleepover favorite, always described as a sweet, cuddly lap cat.

Bruce is very social – he’s never met a person he didn’t like! He loves stroller rides, being brushed, and has a thing for catnip. While he loves people, Bruce isn’t all that crazy about other cats, so his ideal home would be with a person all his own. He arrived declawed, and has no teeth.

If you are looking for a calm buddy to greet you at the end of each day, or a gentle friend who just wants to curl up next to you, Bruce is the one. He is a sweetheart – adopt him before someone else does!

It doesn’t slow her down or cause her any pain though! Come meet this low-key girl! Shelby is house-trained and would be good in a home with other cats or alone.

Acesouthern utah adoptable pets ACE

Meet Ace. Ace is a happy, big old pup who has no idea he’s ever been injured, has recently had major surgery, and definitely doesn’t’ know that he’s supposed to have been calm and quiet while recuperating. His vet is amazed at just how well he has done so quickly!

Ace has a lot of energy and will need an active home. He would love to have a nice big yard to play in, along with regular and increasing exercise to strengthen his leg. In a few months, he’ll likely want to go on hikes and long walks. In the meantime, he loves affection and he loves to play! If he has toys and balls, he can entertain himself for long periods of time. He’d love you to throw the ball, but if you’re not available, he’s perfectly capable of throwing it for himself!! He needs to learn some manners but he is a bright boy and will learn quickly. He does tend to be toy possessive so some supervision will be needed with his doggy playmates.

Ace is fully vaccinated, neutered, microchipped, and ready to go to his forever home today!!! He will need an adopter with patience and one who is willing to care for him if his leg causes him issues in the future.

To find out more about Ace, meet him and see if he’s a match for you, text or call Julie at (435) 773-5209.

Barrysouther utah adoptable pets BARRY

Barry is not a lap dog (unless he decides he wants to be). Instead, he is a grumpy boy who came to us with a broken pelvis which still causes him pain. In the year he’s been with us, Barry also suffered seizures and kidney stones. He’s on a special diet and medication for all of these things, but he’s still a grump. And we all still love him!

Since being in our care, the poor guy has had to deal with puppies and big dogs who don’t understand why he doesn’t want to roughhouse. He does get along with dogs who aren’t in his face and likes to fetch a ball as long as you don’t try to take it back from him (Barry’s rules). Ornery as he is, Barry is kind of our mascot and we want the old guy to catch a break and live out the remainder of his life with someone he can find solace in.

Barry loves to rub his back on the floor and wiggle and loves to have belly rubs by a person of his choosing. He enjoys certain members of our team while others simply aren’t his cup of tea

To find out more about Barry, meet him and see if he’s a match for you, text, or call Julie at (435) 773-5209.

Aayla

Sweetheart Aayla is a six-year-old bulldog mix who loves being with people, riding in the car, going on walks, and being the center of attention. She is housebroken and kennel trained, spayed, microchipped, and up to date on her vaccinations.

Aayla has been an only dog and may do best in a home without other pets. Then again, she may be fine with other animals. In any case, she should be introduced to any potential siblings prior to adoption.

If you would like to meet this delightful girl, submit a BAM Adoption Application and, if approved, we’ll contact you within 7 days to arrange a meeting.

Mikko

Mikko” (pronounced Mick O), Hebrew for God, is a lovely gentleman who enjoys short walks and hanging out with other dogs, especially little ones. He’s an absolute lover boy and bonds quickly with everyone

Mikko will be having a mass removed from his leg soon and will be available for adoption once it’s done. He’s neutered, microchipped, housebroken, up-to-date on his vaccinations and ready to move to his new forever home.

If you’re interested in Mikko, submit a BAM Adoption Application and, if approved, we’ll contact you as soon as possible to arrange a meeting. If you don’t hear back within 7 days, please text us at (435) 773-5209.

Titan and Keeva

Meet this bonded pair: Titan (95 lb Male, 6 yrs) and Keeva (60 lb Female, 5 yrs). Keeva was 8 wks old when she met her big brother and they are tightly bonded. They were their mom and dad’s only children and did everything together: mountain camping, hiking, car rides, playing in streams, strolling the neighborhood. They are primarily house pets but obviously love being active in the outdoors and using their doggy door to explore the yard.

The family has now expanded with an infant and a toddler. Managing two full-time jobs and the babies has added stress and put a strain on the time and care mom and dad can spend with them. The dogs feel the difference and are longing for their pre-baby life back. Mom and Dad’s hearts are broken but feel it is only fair to find the perfect, active family for these two to get their show back on the road.

With the proper introduction, they are good with children and all animals, including cats. If children, 10 or older would be preferable so these dogs can get the attention they need. Huskies need to be part of the pack. They are not happy to be an outdoor pet that is not part of the family. With a little daily exercise and a home of their own, they make absolutely wonderful pets.

To learn more, please call Debbie at 858-531-8919. PLEASE, DO NOT CONTACT BECAUSE ANIMALS MATTER – THIS IS A COURTESY LISTING ONLY – THANK YOU
