Clarasouthern utah adoptable pets Clara

Clara is an unconventional canine companion. She doesn’t want much from her human friends except for some nice toys, nice food, a nice dog pal, and nice walks. With time and patience, Clara may seek more physical affection from her adopters, but for now, Clara would prefer a relationship built around her idea of love – slow, steady, and hands-off. She is most confident around a dog she trusts and on walks with lots of tasty snacks for encouragement. If you’re looking for a friend for your furry family members and have the heart to love a little differently, then Clara would be happy to go home with you.

Elton

Elton is the absolute best boy. Every day is the best day ever as far as Elton is concerned. He loves snacks, toys, his dog friends, snacks, people, car rides, adventures, and snacks. Elton would love to be your best friend and I bet that you would love to be his best friend as well!

Mary Jane

Ready to open your heart and home to a sweet, shy beagle? Mary Jane has enjoyed learning what it means to have a home with her foster family but would love a place to call her own. Though she may never be the dog that cuddles next to you on the couch or plays with dogs at the park, watching this shy little girl learn to trust and enjoy her environment provided by your love and the safety of routine will be so incredibly rewarding! Contact our outcomes and adoptions team to learn more and see if yours could be Mary Jane’s forever home!

Zeldasouthern utah adoptable pets Zelda

Zelda is a beautiful tabby who loves to go on stroller walks and explore her surroundings, play with wand toys and snuggle with her feline friends, but her favorite thing to do is sit in your lap and tell you about her day. She came to us from a Texas cruelty case in 2016 and as a result of that is now incontinent and needs expressing twice a day. And I know that sounds scary but we can teach you how to do it so you don’t miss out on this wonderful girl. She would love nothing more than a home filled with kindness where she can live the rest of her life. Can you give her the happy ending she deserves???

Aladdinsouthern utah adoptable pets Aladdin

Aladdin is very shy with people, but he will occasionally let you pet him. He’s otherwise calm and happy and enjoys the company of other cats. He seems curious when other cats are being petted, and is coming around to people slowly. He’ll sometimes join in playing with a fishing pole toy, and he likes treats.

Aladdin was born around 2015 and was abandoned. He is looking for a person who has the patience to let him blossom into the adorable, joyful cat he truly is.

Yolandasouthern utah adoptable pets Yolanda

Once this dark beauty warms up to you, she will melt your heart! Yolanda can often be seen curiously watching all that goes on around her. She loves to play and loves to get treats. Meet her and you are sure to fall in love! Make arrangements to get in and meet her today!

Lottie

Lottie is 5 to 6 years old. She is a super sweet girl that’s been through so much! She loves to be pet and get attention but hasn’t had much of that in her life so she is very unsure of things. She loves going for walks and they really help to calm her nerves. She gets along great with other dogs and cats but can take some time to warm up to them initially. She is in the process of learning how to play and understanding doggy manners and is doing fantastic. She is really full of love to give. This sweet girl is looking for a loving, furever home to call her own.

Stella

Stella is 3-4 months old. She is just the sweetest puppy! She loves to cuddle and hang around with her humans. She’s great with other dogs, cats, and kids. Stella is looking for a family to call her own.

Sable

Sable is 3 to 4 months old. He is one of the strongest puppies ever! This boy made it despite all the odds against him. He is so full of life and adventure! He already knows some basic commands. He loves cuddling, napping, swimming, exploring, tug-of-war, squeaky toys, playing with other dogs and he really LOVES food, which is great for training. This boy deserves a wonderful, furever home of his own.

Nunya

Nunya was adopted from RSQ Dogs+ as a kitten. Unfortunately, three years later, his adopters are moving and can’t take him and his brother Nacho. He’s now back at the rescue center and after having only known living in a house, he’s become shy. He’s a handsome cat and enjoys being brushed. Nunya is house-trained and would be good in a home with other cats or alone. He just wants to get back to a loving home. Is it yours?

Barry

Barry’s owner could not pay for his medical treatment for an upper respiratory infection and Barry faced euthanasia unless RSQ Dogs+ would agree to take him in. We happily added this adorable boy. He has recovered nicely and anxiously awaits going back into a home. He’s a talkative cat and enjoys head scratches and being brushed. He is house-trained and would be good in a home with other cats or alone.

Leroy and Mike

LeRoy and Mike are very shy and scared. We know that it will take them some time to get used to their new surroundings and to living indoors. LeRoy and Mike are 4-month-old Pot Belly pigs. They are looking for a home where they can live as part of the family.

Acesouthern utah adoptable pets ACE

Meet Ace. Ace is a happy, big old pup who has no idea he’s ever been injured, has recently had major surgery, and definitely doesn’t’ know that he’s supposed to have been calm and quiet while recuperating. His vet is amazed at just how well he has done so quickly!

Ace has a lot of energy and will need an active home. He would love to have a nice big yard to play in, along with regular and increasing exercise to strengthen his leg. In a few months, he’ll likely want to go on hikes and long walks. In the meantime, he loves affection and he loves to play! If he has toys and balls, he can entertain himself for long periods of time. He’d love you to throw the ball, but if you’re not available, he’s perfectly capable of throwing it for himself!! He needs to learn some manners but he is a bright boy and will learn quickly. He does tend to be toy possessive so some supervision will be needed with his doggy playmates.

Ace is fully vaccinated, neutered, microchipped, and ready to go to his forever home today!!! He will need an adopter with patience and one who is willing to care for him if his leg causes him issues in the future.

To find out more about Ace, meet him and see if he’s a match for you, text or call Julie at (435) 773-5209.

Barrysouther utah adoptable pets BARRY

Barry is not a lap dog (unless he decides he wants to be). Instead, he is a grumpy boy who came to us with a broken pelvis which still causes him pain. In the year he’s been with us, Barry also suffered seizures and kidney stones. He’s on a special diet and medication for all of these things, but he’s still a grump. And we all still love him!

Since being in our care, the poor guy has had to deal with puppies and big dogs who don’t understand why he doesn’t want to roughhouse. He does get along with dogs who aren’t in his face and likes to fetch a ball as long as you don’t try to take it back from him (Barry’s rules). Ornery as he is, Barry is kind of our mascot and we want the old guy to catch a break and live out the remainder of his life with someone he can find solace in.

Barry loves to rub his back on the floor and wiggle and loves to have belly rubs by a person of his choosing. He enjoys certain members of our team while others simply aren’t his cup of tea

To find out more about Barry, meet him and see if he’s a match for you, text, or call Julie at (435) 773-5209.

Aayla

Sweetheart Aayla is a six-year-old bulldog mix who loves being with people, riding in the car, going on walks, and being the center of attention. She is housebroken and kennel trained, spayed, microchipped, and up to date on her vaccinations.

Aayla has been an only dog and may do best in a home without other pets. Then again, she may be fine with other animals. In any case, she should be introduced to any potential siblings prior to adoption.

If you would like to meet this delightful girl, submit a BAM Adoption Application and, if approved, we’ll contact you within 7 days to arrange a meeting.

Mikko

Mikko” (pronounced Mick O), Hebrew for God, is a lovely gentleman who enjoys short walks and hanging out with other dogs, especially little ones. He’s an absolute lover boy and bonds quickly with everyone

Mikko will be having a mass removed from his leg soon and will be available for adoption once it’s done. He’s neutered, microchipped, housebroken, up-to-date on his vaccinations and ready to move to his new forever home.

If you’re interested in Mikko, submit a BAM Adoption Application and, if approved, we’ll contact you as soon as possible to arrange a meeting. If you don’t hear back within 7 days, please text us at (435) 773-5209.

Titan and Keeva

Meet this bonded pair: Titan (95 lb Male, 6 yrs) and Keeva (60 lb Female, 5 yrs). Keeva was 8 wks old when she met her big brother and they are tightly bonded. They were their mom and dad’s only children and did everything together: mountain camping, hiking, car rides, playing in streams, strolling the neighborhood. They are primarily house pets but obviously love being active in the outdoors and using their doggy door to explore the yard.

The family has now expanded with an infant and a toddler. Managing two full-time jobs and the babies has added stress and put a strain on the time and care mom and dad can spend with them. The dogs feel the difference and are longing for their pre-baby life back. Mom and Dad’s hearts are broken but feel it is only fair to find the perfect, active family for these two to get their show back on the road.

With the proper introduction, they are good with children and all animals, including cats. If children, 10 or older would be preferable so these dogs can get the attention they need. Huskies need to be part of the pack. They are not happy to be an outdoor pet that is not part of the family. With a little daily exercise and a home of their own, they make absolutely wonderful pets.

To learn more, please call Debbie at 858-531-8919. PLEASE, DO NOT CONTACT BECAUSE ANIMALS MATTER – THIS IS A COURTESY LISTING ONLY – THANK YOU
