Rubble Rouser

Rubble Rouser is a sweet boy who enjoys making new friends, both human and canine. He can play a bit rough and tumble, so he might do better with a dog friend who doesn’t mind that.

Rubble will have surgery soon to help relieve a medical condition he arrived with, but until then he’s happily greeting tours and enjoying life.

If you’d like to meet Rubble Rouser and make him part of your family, please reach out to an adoption specialist today.

Habanero

“Hi, I’m Habanero! I am a shy pup who had not had much socialization when I arrived in Dogtown. Now I’m learning to let my personality shine.”

Habanero is learning about all the good things in life like tasty treats, cozy bedding, and lots of toys to play with. Habanero is still learning to enjoy being pet, and he typically won’t come up to people just yet. But is learning to walk on a leash really quickly and is enjoying going for adventures.

He will need a patient person to give him time to trust, learn, and grow. Another dog in the home to act as a role model would help him learn the ropes. If you’re interested in meeting Habanero, please reach out to an adoption specialist today.

Bernadette

Sweet Bernadette was found raising her 11 puppies, all on her own, in less-than-ideal living quarters. This strong and independent single mama is moving on up with assistance from her volunteer family at RSQ who have all fallen in love with her and her babies.

She is calm and quiet, but friendly and affectionate. We are working on her commands, but she walks great on a leash and stays very close to you. An absolutely amazing Mama who deserves an absolutely amazing home. Apply to meet this gorgeous girl today.

Tavi

Tavi is a gorgeous Treeing Walker Coonhound. Known to be a vocal breed, sweet Tavi definitely has plenty to say! Tavi is a happy hiker when he gets to know his people. “Trust” is something coveted by Tavi, but once you have his, he is perfection!

This poor guy was living outside until new caretakers contacted us to give him a new lease on life. He is learning the joys of living inside and having people to love. He will need patience but will reward you with plenty of return affection.

Come meet Tavi today!

Bolt

Bolt was adopted from us previously and was returned as his prior owner was unable to spend as much time with him as she wanted. Bolt is the definition of a big bundle of love. He loves kids and longs for a family with room for him in their hearts, a backyard, perhaps a doggy door, and a comfy bed.

He puts himself to bed at 9 pm every night and is happy to stay there until you call him for breakfast! He does startle easily and is not cut out for close apartment living. Bolt has also been going to doggy daycare and gets along with other dogs with proper introduction.

Come see if you can make Bolt the happiest dog on earth and provide a safe and loving home.

Buddy

Buddy loves to be included in everything. Whatever you’re up to he’ll be right there with you. He’d make the perfect companion for someone looking for an active lifestyle, and at the end of the day, he makes the perfect cuddle buddy. He is loving and playful, and all he wants is company.

He is a 6-month-old puppy and will need lots of love and patience, but remember that the return on your investment will be unequaled!! He is such a handsome fellow! He will need to go to the vet in the coming month to get neutered and get his rabies vaccine, but those items will be covered in your adoption.

This little guy is ready to make you happy for the rest of his life!

Bolt

Bolt is up for adoption! This young 3-year-old guy is all energy and play. He loves, and when I say he loves, I mean he LOVES playing fetch. He is one with the ball. He does enjoy his relaxation time as well. If you sit with him he will just lay next to you, on top of you, or somewhere near you. He does love affection.

He will do best in a home with no small children because of his high energy and herding breed. His way of correcting small children is probably not conducive to a good situation for him or the children. Bolt will make a great family dog, especially for a family that likes the outdoors.

Dillon

Play, play, and more play – that’s what Dillon is best at! He is a very friendly boy who will make a wonderful addition to any family who has the stamina to meet his energy levels.

This boy will be your best friend! Dillon is a faithful, friendly, affectionate dog. He loves attention and petting. He knows how to “sit”, and he loves to play with balls and the stuffed green alligator. Dillon is always longing for attention – he would be a great companion! He is approximately 8 months old. Your buddy would always be right there.

Roar & Runt

Roar
Runt

Roar & Runt are two big 3-year-old felines looking for a home together! These handsome fellows were surrendered by their owner due to a change in life circumstances, and they’re anxious to get back to a home environment.

While they can be shy with new people and in new surroundings, when given plenty of love, patience, and time they warm up to new friends. Roar is more energetic and playful while Runt is more laid-back and loving. Both can be very affectionate and snuggly and appreciate having someone that takes the time to get to know them. If you need two beautiful, cats in your life, come meet them today!

*They have been together since birth but they do not need to be adopted together.

Garfield

Hi there. I like to take things pretty slow – I’m in no great hurry to get anywhere – except perhaps your lap for some love and affection. If you want a relaxed companion; someone to kick back and cuddle with after a hard day’s work, I’m the cat for you”.

Garfield is extra large but not overweight. He loves to be petted and loved – just the perfect best friend for some lucky person. Garfield will hang out with you while you are watching TV or at the computer. Garfield is mellow and laid back and is learning to play with toys.

Charlie

Charlie is an adorable Dachshund/Spaniel blend! He is 5 years young and weighs about 12 pounds. He is neutered and microchipped. Charlie is also perfecting his house training.

This sweetheart is a fun little guy who enjoys life! He loves his buddy, Max, and we think it would be great if they were adopted together!

You can meet Jerry and his kitten buddies at the St George PetSmart!

Topaz

Precious little tabby, Topaz, is a very sweet and cuddly kitten looking for her fur-ever home where she will be loved and cared for always.

Topaz would be a wonderful companion for anyone looking to add a furry feline to their home. Kittens do best adopted in pairs, so why not double the love and adopt Topaz and one of her kitten buddies?

Lucy & Millie

Oh my gosh! Look at Lucy’s face (and those feet)! Born around February 9th, little Lucy has some growing to do. This social butterfly is great with other dogs and loves kids.

And Millie! Born around January 18, baby Millie is looking for her forever family. She loves romping with kids and other dogs or hanging out in the pool (oh yeah, she’s a water dog).

Flynn

Flynn is a four-year-old McNab (or Decker Hunter) Terrier/Border Collie mix. He’s been with his last person since he was a puppy and has been well-loved but his owner could no longer provide him with the care and attention he needs and sadly brought him to us.

Flynn gets along well with other dogs and is well-socialized with people (including children) but hasn’t yet been tested with cats. He loves a good game of tug or a puzzle feeder to encourage his curiosity.

Flynn is a picky eater and guards his food. For some reason, he is afraid of delivery trucks and some men. Unfortunately, this breed sheds more than most so his new adopter will need to be prepared.

A quick Google search on this breed shows they are affectionate, inquisitive, loving, alert, lively, active, intelligent, fearless, and playful dogs who tend to have separation anxiety when their owners leave them alone at home because they bond very closely with them.

Rosie

Need a lap dog? Rosie is your girl!

Sweet Rosie is nine years old and in search of a new person to love. She gets along with other small dogs, is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on her vaccinations.

Rosie has an appointment for a dental so will be available as a foster to adopt LOCALLY ONLY until she gets that done.

Bonnie

Bonnie has a happy tail and always wakes up in a good mood ready to start the day with a few kisses. She is approximately 2-3 years old and is the perfect size for a “tweener” dog (between big and little).

Bonnie is a shy girl who, we suspect, was abused which made her afraid of so many things. Fortunately, her foster mama has made a big difference and feels it’s time to find Bonnie’s family where she can continue to gain confidence and learn to blossom into the dog she was born to be.

Bonnie likes going for walks & hikes plus she loves car rides and being near her person. She’s very food motivated and a quick learner. Bonnie is housebroken with a doggy door and crate trained (although she would rather stay out with you). She would love another outgoing fun-loving dog to play with as she relies on other dogs to let her know if a situation is safe or not and would do best without small children as sudden movements and loud noises can frighten her. She requires a secure fenced yard.

Ryder

Ryder is about approximately one year old and, as with some other rescues, he has some trust issues. He’s cautious around people at first but warms up and is very sweet and worth a little extra love and affection.

Ryder is just learning what dog treats are for (although he loves deli meat and cheese) and still hasn’t figured out what to do with toys. It didn’t take him long, however, to decide he adores ear rubs and pittie scratches and will snuggle up close to be loved on. He will be exceptionally loyal to whoever adopts him as long as they promise to shower him with all the love every dog deserves.

Ryder gets along well with other dogs but can get a bit possessive of his people so his dog buddies should be introduced properly. He might also take a little time to feel safe in a new yard so supervision is critical in the first weeks.

Ryder will need an adopter willing to give him the attention and love he’s been missing, and patience with him while he learns he’s in a safe and loving environment.

Izzy

One-year-old Izzy is such a happy girl. She adores everyone (ok, we don’t know about cats yet) and loves to romp with kids, other dogs, or by herself if no one else is available.

Izzy is housebroken, spayed, microchipped, and fully vetted. This super-sweet girl is anxious to begin her new life with a special person or family that adores her. She’s super smart and has a lot of puppy energy still so might do best with a family with kids and/or other dogs and would love a big yard to explore.
