St. George Opera Deathly Hallows Halloween concert concertsThe St. George Opera presents a Halloween-themed “Deathly Hallows” concert in three venues throughout southern Utah. The concert consists of scenes from operas and musicals like “Phantom of the Opera,” “Harry Potter,” “Carmen,” “Tangled,” “Hansel and Gretel,” “The Little Mermaid,” and more. Concerts will be held Oct. 26 at the DiFiore Center in St. George and Oct. 27 at St. Jude’s Episcopal Church in Cedar City. In addition, a free concert will be held Oct. 29 at the Brio Clubhouse in Washington.

Tickets are $12.50 per person or $20 for two. Student tickets are $10 each, and tickets for children ages 5–12 are $5. Tickets can be purchased at the door or online at st.georgeopera.yapsody.com. Raffle prizes will be given away at all three concerts.

The St. George Opera is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to share the joy of opera by nurturing talent, providing entertaining and educational experiences, and producing quality opera performances and productions within the southern Utah community and surrounding areas. It was founded in 2012 under the direction of Benjamin Tyrell and performed in a variety of places around southern Utah including Kayenta, the St. George Opera House, and Dixie State University.
