Kane County Sees Tripling of Families Receiving Food Assistance
The impact of the Coronavirus on working families in Kane County has continued to escalate the demand for food assistance over the last three weeks. On April 2, 60 families received prepackage boxes of food from K.C.C.S. in a drive through fashion, over double the average number of 25, according to Craig Hansen, director of Kane County Care and Share.
