Doctors at Primary Children’s Hospital in Salt Lake City say that they do not believe the patient admitted to the hospital earlier today has contracted Ebola, according to a Salt Lake Tribune report. While the patient’s symptoms and the fact that the individual had recently travelled from Africa caused some concern, the doctors have reportedly all but ruled out the deadly virus.

Samples have been sent to the Center for Disease Control where the possibility of an Ebola can be ruled out definitively, however hospital officials do not believe there is any cause for alarm.
