Bryce Canyon National Park offers free admission on Martin Luther King, Jr. DayBryce Canyon National Park will join national park sites around the country and offer free admission in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day on Jan. 16.

Martin Luther King, Jr. Day marks the first of 10 fee-free days for the National Park Service in 2017.

Bryce Canyon National Park and the surrounding Bryce Canyon area offer many interactive winter activities for families of all sizes such as snowshoeing, winter backpacking, and sledding.

Snowshoeing provides a distinctive view of the unique crystallized landscape. Camping in the snow offers complete solitude, serenity, and dark night skies for great stargazing opportunities. Sledding in Bryce Canyon gives kids a chance to move their legs amid the frosted scenic drives and beautiful overlooks.
