A corruption scandal was discovered when it was revealed that New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s Justice Center has been covering up reported sexual assaults and rapes

Gov. Andrew Cuomo heads up the most corrupt state in the nation, which includes unbridled cover-ups of sexual assaults of women and children with disabilities

The Jonathan Carey Foundation has uncovered a criminal cover-up scandal of epic proportion that New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo has orchestrated. Thousands of sexual assaults and rapes within Cuomo’s mental health agencies are purposefully kept from 911 call centers to ensure local police cannot respond. This obstruction of justice was planned and implemented by Gov. Andrew Cuomo himself; he is the main person responsible.

The numbers speak the truth: State documents obtained through Freedom of Information Law reveal a distinct pattern in which almost all sexual assault and rape crimes against primarily disabled children and women disappear internally. How the governor has gotten away with such evil and corruption to date is because others whom he has appointed or controls through fear and intimidation protect him and his corruption.

I have written on this many times, and I must shout it from the rooftops: Gov. Andrew Cuomo is protecting countless sexual predators and pedophiles. Gov. Andrew Cuomo is directing the most egregious discrimination in civil rights and human rights atrocities in modern day history — the systematic protection of sexual predators — possibly greater in scope than the Catholic Church pedophile scandal.

Years’ worth of New York state official documents reveal that in just one of six of Cuomo’s mental health agencies, the Office of People with Developmental Disabilities, approximately 1,300 sexual assaults or rapes are reported annually. These numbers are bad enough already, but this is only the tip of the iceberg. According to a well recognized study found on the State of Massachusetts website titled “Prevalence of Violence,” only 3 percent of these sexual assaults will be reported. Statistically, by doing the math, approximately one third of the residents with the OPWDD system are being sexually assaulted annually, well over 40,000.

There is an epidemic of sexual assaults and rapes of the disabled within Cuomo’s agencies, and Cuomo’s answer is to make them disappear. Sounds like the Catholic Church scandal, because it is just like the Catholic Church pedophile scandal, and so it must be told as it is. Like any other corruption, it only succeeds for a time before it is exposed and people begin to be held accountable. Gov. Andrew Cuomo and many top state officials involved who have ordered these criminal cover-ups have been directly involved or have been knowledgeable and complicit, allowing these atrocities to continue, and must be held accountable to the full extent of the law. Multiple state and federal crimes are being committed, and the New York State Attorney General has been protecting these criminal activities instead of stopping them.

The federal government must intervene swiftly to stop this sex cover-up scandal, which makes Larry Nassar look like an angel. Larry Nassar got away with his sex crimes for a season, but not anymore. What I am bringing to light is a criminal enterprise and a system that protects God only knows how many Larry Nassars.

The head of all these extremely dangerous agencies and the wrongfully titled and corrupt Justice Center, which ensures most of these sex crimes disappear, is Gov. Andrew Cuomo.

I will end on this note: Remember that OPWDD is only one of six mental health agencies operated by Cuomo that reports sex crimes internally to Cuomo’s corrupt Justice Center. This scandal will not go away until all the main culprits and criminals are put away in federal prison where they belong.
