Brian Head Resort is preparing to launch its 2026 summer season on June 12 with lift-served mountain biking, scenic chairlift rides, and an expanded lineup of festivals and outdoor events designed to keep the mountain busy throughout the warmer months.
Perched at 9,800 feet above Southern Utah’s desert floor, Brian Head continues to position itself as a cool-weather alpine escape during the region’s hottest season. This year’s calendar brings back several fan-favorite events while introducing new additions aimed at outdoor enthusiasts and adventure travelers.

Among the biggest announcements is the return of the Utah Summer Games to Brian Head for the first time in more than a decade. The resort will also host the Total Archery Challenge, a nationally touring event known for immersive mountain courses and long-range 3D archery experiences.
Returning events include Flyin’ Brian, the resort’s popular mountain biking event, along with the annual Fourth of July celebration, Festival of Flavors, and additional weekend programming scheduled throughout the summer season.

Brian Head Resort has steadily expanded its year-round recreation offerings in recent years, growing beyond its winter identity to attract visitors seeking hiking, mountain biking, alpine scenery, and family-friendly mountain experiences during the summer months.

Located roughly three hours from Las Vegas and four hours from Salt Lake City, the resort continues to serve as a central outdoor destination for travelers exploring Southern Utah’s national parks, forests, and recreation areas.
Additional information about event dates, resort operations, and summer activities is expected to be released throughout the season.
