Kanab’s Little Hollywood Wild West Fest is riding into town, offering a one-of-a-kind Western celebration for all ages from September 10 through September 12, 2026. During the festival, attendees can enjoy an array of shows, activities, and opportunities to connect with cinematic history. At the Little Hollywood Museum, visitors can meet movie and television stars, including Rudy Ramos from Yellowstone, Peter Sherayko from Tombstone, Mitch Vogel from Bonanza, Darby Hinton from Daniel Boone, and Diamond Farnsworth from Young Guns.
Attendees can experience live action with Hollywood stuntman Dr. Buck, as his Wild Bunch performs their thrilling Wild West Stunt Shows. There is live music at the Gunsmoke Stage, and children will find a wagon load of activities in the Giddy Up Round Up Kids Korral. Festivalgoers are encouraged to dress in their finest Western attire for the Saturday Old and New West Costume Contest, show off their facial hair in the Beard and Moustache Fiasco, or test their vocal power in the Yee Haw Holler contest.
Rare finds await shoppers at the Merchant Row, which showcases local artisans and crafters. Participants can also gather a search party for a scavenger hunt to win prizes. Across town, the Parry Lodge Barn will host cowboy poetry and storytelling with trail boss poet Andy Nelson. At the Kanab Center’s Grand Staircase Gym, visitors can admire an amazing quilt show and browse a library book sale.
The downtown Historic Redstone Theater will host two major evening events: a Thursday night screening of the classic Western movie Tombstone featuring guest actor Peter Sherayko, who played Texas Jack Vermillion, and a Friday night Star Q&A panel discussion. The panel will be followed by a live, on-stage Old Time Radio Show titled “Little Hollywood Rides Again!” featuring the award-winning Ricochet Radio Ranglers.
