Sun Moon Healing will host a ribbon cutting celebration on Friday, April 17, inviting the Kanab community to an evening of refreshments, prizes, and stargazing.
The event runs from 6 PM to 10 PM and begins with refreshments from 6 PM to 8 PM. A ribbon cutting with the Kanab Chamber of Commerce is scheduled for 6:15 PM.
At 8 PM, the business will hold a prize drawing featuring a 90-minute massage, a five-pack of spa suite sessions, and a bundle of Sioux’s Top 5 supplements. Guests must be present to enter the drawing, but winners do not need to be present to win.
The evening concludes with a Star Party from 8:15 PM to 10 PM hosted by Stellar Vista Observatory, offering guests an opportunity to view the night sky through professional telescopes. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own chairs for the stargazing portion of the evening.
Sun Moon Healing was founded by Sioux Sugden and her husband, Thomas, as a wellness space centered on care, connection, and community.
Sugden brings nearly 18 years of experience in massage therapy and incorporates a range of therapeutic approaches into her work. Her training includes modalities such as Thai massage, energy medicine, biofield tuning, lymphatic drainage, and myofascial release.
In addition to bodywork, Sun Moon Healing offers services such as contrast therapy, which combines heat and cold exposure to support circulation, recovery, and resilience, and halotherapy, a salt-based therapy associated with respiratory health and relaxation.
The business aims to make holistic wellness accessible to the Kanab community, with services designed to support physical, emotional, and energetic well-being.
Sun Moon Healing is located in Kanab. The public is invited to attend the ribbon cutting celebration on April 17. More information is available at sun-moon-healing.com.
