Kolob Gallery will feature guest artist Robert Hale during the month of March.
Hale describes the making of art as both challenging and rewarding. For him, art serves as a link to the future and provides something of a legacy. He also views creating art as an appropriate way to honor his creator.
Looking ahead to April, Kolob Gallery will host an exhibit from the ABC Guild, a group known for producing book art, assemblage and collage pieces. The exhibition will include two-dimensional and three-dimensional works, art books and books as art, often blurring the line between art and publishing.
Guests are invited to meet the ABC Guild artists on April 9 from 4 PM to 5:30 PM at Kolob Gallery, located at 111 S. Main Street in Cedar City. The gallery is co-located with The Art Center, a full-service frame shop.
