* IMPACTS…STRONG CROSS WINDS WILL RESULT IN HAZARDOUS TRAVEL
CONDITIONS FOR HIGH PROFILE AND LIGHT WEIGHT VEHICLES ALONG ALL
EAST-WEST ORIENTED ROADWAYS INCLUDING INTERSTATE 70 AND US-89.
